An attorney you can trust

Mr. McGraw helped me through a very difficult time when I got hurt on my job. Terry remains not only a true friend, he is always there if I should have any questions in regards to my case. My case folks was 5 years ago. I can call him with anything.

Great lawyer

Top Notch. Caring & Great Guy with Experience & Knowledge.

After much research, and calling Mr. McGraw's office. Terry and his staff clearly had the experience and knowledge to handle my WC claim. He explained the process, and knows the system. He provides peace of mind and genuinely cares about your well being. A very hard worker. He follows up in a timely fashion at all hours. Call Terry First!

Honest, compassionate, VERY knowledgeable!

I had an attorney back out on me just a weekend before my Monday hearing, scrambling to find help on such sort notice, Terry answered the call! Like most attorneys I spoke to, he was unable to be there BUT instead of writing me off. He talked with me and walked me through everything! Talked me through my information and informed how it should be used to go in favor. How to handle the hearing as a whole. He was very knowledgeable! Very friendly and showed a lot of compassion for someone who needed help and didn’t have anyone else to turn to! I whole heartedly recommend Terry! To put it simply, he was a life saver!

Terry is amazing.....

To anyone that is fighting a worker's comp case, you will not find a better attorney than Terence McGraw. When my wife and I began researching attorneys for my worker's comp case, we had decided that we would limit our consideration to attorney's that had been rated 10 by the AVVO. Terry was the first attorney I called, and after speaking with him I knew he was the perfect fit for my situation. From the moment I first spoke with Terry on the phone, I appreciated his approach and how detailed he was. Throughout the process of my case, it was evident to me that I made the right decision. His knowledge of workers comp law is extensive. There was not one question I had for him that he was unable to answer on the spot. Terry mcgraw is the man for workers comp issues

About 20 years ago, I got injured at work very bad. I was crushed with 4000 lbs of steel and as you can imagine, unable to work. i was denied compensation. I was unable to take care of my then newborn and newly wed wife. when I was told I was getting evicted if I couldn't pay the rent, I knew I had to do something. a friend had refered Terry to me saying he also used he and had great results i thought why not, i have nothing to loose. well let me tell you Terry got involved and without even having to goto court they started paying me for missed work plus back pay from the time I had previously lost. Thanks Terry, i will always remember how you helped me!

Dedicated and Responsible

He has protected me from being taken advantage of by those who would rather see me suffer. He has stood up for my rights as a human being. He has gone the distant to make sure I get to my appointments and that I am informed of the issues with my case. He has a heart and is understanding. He has stood by me for years with my case. He help my family I be more secure in out future even with my case still open. He gives me hope. He listens to what I have to say as a person, not just as a client.
