I am a family law practitioner with extensive experience in the courtroom; advocating in various areas including, but not limited to: divorce, pre-nuptial and post-divorce agreements, child custody and support, equitable distribution, alimony, adoptions, protection from abuse and juvenile law. I am a frequent presenter for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, as well as the Montgomery Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and was named a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).
Beyond litigation, I also pride myself in seeking creative and satisfying solutions for my clients outside of the courtroom. I understand the balance between knowing the landscape of Pennsylvania law and the unique issues each client is facing. From proactive prenuptial agreement planning, to handling separation and divorce while focusing on the best interest of the children in custody situations, I have the experience to match each one of my client's particular situations.
I primarily serve the southeastern PA five-county region, and am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and the U.S. District Court – Maryland.
