Started out great, went downhill quickly.
Did not know correct forms needed for AOS interview. As a result application was delayed over one year. Incorrect addresses on file with USCIS, did not inform us that as our application took over 1 year (due to the lack of the document she stated we didn't need at the interview) the medical exam had expired.
Stated they had sent multiple inquiries on our case. Communication became difficult. Finally got fed up and sent multiple inquiries on our own, figured out ourselves about the expired medical exam, we were approved shortly after. Would NOT recommend.

I reached out to Audrey Allen just about three years ago out of sheer desperation and concern that my spouse would face deportation as well as other family members. We've had an attorney prior to Audrey that we were working with that got us into a really tricky situation for my spouse. Audrey was able to take our case, review and set realistic expectations. I really appreciated a fresh start with Audrey. Throughout the whole process she has been straightforward with us and always got back to us in timely manner. We've always been kept updated in regards to our case and felt welcomed to address any issues or concerns we may have.
If you appreciate someone who will be honest with you and utilize effective communication then we recommend Audrey Allen to anyone facing immigration struggles for themselves, any of their family members or friends. She has turned a really complicated case into a positive outcome. We will be forever grateful for her help.
