Don't waste your money
He initially sold me when said I'll get the results I'm looking for. Also when he knew the Magisterial District Judge. When he received his money, and spoke about the DJ, he knew of her personal matters. He didn't even know my name he checked in at the District Court front desk. Very nervous lawyer...
“Tim,” when you first reached out to me you advised that you had been charged with 2 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, misdemeanor charges. You explained that you had a seizure while driving which caused the accident wherein a father and 6 month old baby were involved. You lead me to believe that this seizure was an unforeseeable medical condition for which you were being unfairly targeted because an accident resulted. I truly believed that given this circumstances that I would be able to resolve this matter at the preliminary hearing. I based this belief upon appearing before the assigned judge many times and knowing her to being fair and reasonable. I then entered my appearance and requested the police report. It is then I discovered you had not been candid with me about the matter. In the police report it identified you as after having lost you driver’s license 4-5 times prior due to suffering from seizures. This last time your license was actively suspended while you were driving. Thus, the case for which you hired me involved you choosing to drive while your license was suspended due to the medical reason of seizures and then having a seizure and crashing into a father and infant. I tried my best to mitigate the matter but you are not a sympathetic defendant. Given the above, and the low burden of proof, the judge moved your case to the next level, Common Pleas. I can appreciate that you did not like the outcome, nor did you want to hear from me that I did not think your chances at ARD (the first offender’s program) were good. I often tell clients what they need to hear, not want they want to hear. For instance, your repeated claims that is was your doctors’ fault for allowing you to ultimately retain your license time and again do nothing to mitigate, and rather only exacerbate, your case. My fees are based upon the amount of work I must do to get the client the result he is seeking. While I hope I am wrong, I think it is going to be quite the uphill battle to get this matter into ARD or otherwise dismissed. I wish you the very best as you move forward in your case and recommend in the future you have complete candor with your new attorney so that he may be able to best help you.

Extremely Effective
David was extremely effective in understanding my case, and getting me the best possible outcome. After initially having a long standing firm attempt to handle my case, I could see from the start that they had little knowledge of current law and proceedings or DUI cases. The minute I sought David's...
