when you first meet Mr Kelly you might think it's too good to be true..A lawyer who is easily one of the best around that can knock cases out wile making you laugh. I was on the block during chaow time someone gave me Mr Kelly's number he came to the jail to visit me for the first time and right away... I liked him to be my lawyer. He never let me down, some of the things I asked from him he did with no problem that other lawyers would probably have trouble doing. He gives you options, the choices are up too you he's just there to help and to support you. The way he talks to the judge and DA, they have no choice but to love him. Mr kelly has been a blessing from God to me. I have talked to other lawyers before meeting Mr. Kelly and never have I felt this comfortable in front of a lawyer. I don't even trust lawyers but Mr Kelly I honestly do. He is so professional in court that he even makes me look good! Never has he let me down and it's unbelievable. If you are looking for a lawyer to knock you case out with out a problem and who you can trust I would only recommend one lawyer and that lawyer is Mr Kelly. I don't trust and never will never trust any other lawyer with my life on the line in court other Mr Kelly. In my opinion he is easily the best lawyer around. If you don't believe me go ahead and trust someone else who will most likely get you booked wile Mr Kelly beats my cases up with no problem!

I hired Evan Kelly to protect me from charges in the late fall of 2016. He promised me that he would be successful and that he would be able to have the incriminating charges dropped. He was not successful. I asked him if he would petition the court to have the dropped charges removed from my file an...d he said yes. He did not File the Petition. In August 2017 I approached Mr. Kelly with a plan to expunge all charges; he agreed to pursue with the District Attorney. All fines, restitution, Community Service, Drug Test, and responsiveness to the Probation Department was complete. He told me to get the concurrence of the Probation Department that they would not stand in the way of discussions with the District Attorney's office and to pay all fines. This was done. Mr . Kelly was provided a receipt from the Cashier's office. He never had the discussions . In addition, he denied me due process by not pursuing relief under the ARD Law for first time offenders. Although the law was targeted to DUI first time offenders , other cases had been successfully brought. I would not recommend his services to anyone; he told me he was unlike the other attorneys; he would do what he said, he would not overcharge me and he could be trusted. In the fall of 2018, I placed at least 10 phone calls and 5 emails to his office to discuss matters with him. He did not have time. I think he did not want to face up to his subpar performance. Because of his attitude, I had to hire another lawyer at a total cost of $1,100 including Court Fees to process expungement of dropped charges. And it was today that I learned from my attorney that Mr Kelly did not petition my case as an ARD matter. There is no record resident in the Chester County Courthouse.

I asked Evan Kelly if he'd accept my criminal case. After speaking to Mr. Kelly and agreeing he would be a good lawyer to handle my case, he specified that in 5 days he would be available to take on my case. I waited the five days patiently to find that Mr. Kelly not only was not Prepared for my case..., he never returned my phone calls. I thought that was very Unprofessional. Not only had I wasted five days of search.. I feel like my case was too unimportant to him. Mr Kelly, seems you forgot where you started from..
