Evan handled my situation very well, doing exactly what he said he would do and not making any promises, so I had confidence but not any unreasonable expectations. I also got the sense that he actually cared about me and my family, which was not necessary but a big plus. In hindsight I am really glad... I consulted with him and retained him, because I think his reputation kept there from being unjust charges filed for the sake of politics or publicity.
