We had been having oil problems with our new 2014 SUV. The check oil light kept coming on, way before it was time to change the oil. We serviced our vehicle with the dealer and adhered to all scheduled maintenance per the manufacturer. We brought it in for this problem 4 times. Then we started ha...ving problems with stalling. I got stuck with a Brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and no where to turn to. I started looking for info on Lemon Law and some how bumped into Tim Abeel, on the internet and who is from the otherside of Pa. I live in Pgh.I gave him a call, and from what I heard and the tone I was listening too, I decided... to take a chance on Tim. Thank God I did. I'm not a lucky person, but Tim has proven that to be wrong, because with his experiance, he managed to settle out of court and getting me back everything I've invested in this vehicle, and probably even saved me and my wife's lives. Purchased a new car one year ago. Ran beautifully until I received a CEL. Took it to the dealer five times and they were not able to fix the problem despite replacing parts. Contacted Mr. Abeel and within a few weeks the manufacturer is replacing the vehicle with a new one. I don't have enough ki...nd words to say expressing Mr. Abeel's thoroughness in resolving the problem in a expeditious manner. Kudos to Mr. Abeel and his staff.

Client purchased 2014 Suv. Shortly after purchase vehicle had bucking problem followed by tailgate refusing to operate. Then vehicle refused to start continuing intermittently. Dealer would keep vehicle for several days at a time and could not isolate the problem. Finally vehicle was returned t...o client who was given a trickle charger and was instructed to connect it to a connecting plug and wire which was protruding through front grill which been connected to battery cables. Realizing how this remedy de-valued the vehicle, plus the inconvenience client contacted Mr. Abeel who was able to get client full refund and vehicle was returned to seller.
