Client purchased 2014 Suv. Shortly after purchase vehicle had bucking problem followed by tailgate refusing to operate. Then vehicle refused to start continuing intermittently. Dealer would keep vehicle for several days at a time and could not isolate the problem. Tim was great to work with! We had a recent problem with a brand new 2014 SUV that we leased and had in our possession for about 6 months months.
