I purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfindet as soon as they were released last November. Started having issues soon after I got it. I have been driving Nissans for the past 12 years so I gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix the issues. As time went on and no resolution I contacted Tim. Even if the outcome had been different, my review of Tim would be the same. He was professional, kept me updated throughout the process and played no games. He ensured I was prepared prior to both the deposition and arbitration. It is obvious that he has a busy schedule, but I never felt neglected a...nd Tim was always responsive. I should add that when Tim arrived at the arbitration, he informed me that he had won each case that week at arbitration and that he was three for three. At the end of the day – he was four for four! I can’t speak for the three other cases he won that week, but I think that record speaks for itself.
