Terrific person, terrific job,

Hired Tim to press a Lemon Law claim against Ford Motor Company. He was efficient and timely with all his actions on my behalf, which ultimately resulted in my getting a check for the entire amount I had paid for the car, less $800 for mileage driven.

An Attorney that will stand by your side!

Starting this process I was reluctant to take on Chrysler... Talked with Attorney Abeel directly, not his staff or anyone else, he himself called and talked with me. Discussed the many issues I have having and made me comfortable right out of the gate. We had a long hard rode, many hours of convers...ations always positive and hanging in there with me. It was worth every moment, it takes time to get results... We are finally at the end of the road and I would not want to take on this case with anyone else by my side. I highly recomend Attorney Abeel. No question was never not answered, his response time back to me was always within an hour of my question... Glad to say we have a win on our side and I would never had asked for a better person to go to battle with me.

2013 s u v water leak

I have a 2013 s u v that has a water leak . The Dealer's service department tried fixing it three times but it still leaked. I was fed up! I looked on the Web for a good attorney to help me.l called Mr.Abeel 's firm & spoke directly to Tim . He walked me through the whole process,which really made m...e feel comfortable! Tim took my case & went running! He made everything easy to understand took quick action with the manufacturer. He took care of every detail with great accuracy. He knew exactly how to handle everything from start to finish, answered all my questions, was available any time, & got the manufacturer to buy my s u v back before we even went to court! He made this trying experience quite easyto get through. I Will recommend Tim to anyone! He did great!
