I got stuck with a Brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and no where to turn to. Purchased a new car one year ago. Ran beautifully until I received a CEL. Took it to the dealer five times and they were not able to fix the problem despite replacing parts. Client purchased 2014 Suv. Shortly after purchase vehicle had bucking problem followed by tailgate refusing to operate. Then vehicle refused to start continuing intermittently. Dealer would keep vehicle for several days at a time and could not isolate the problem. Finally vehicle was returned t...o client who was given a trickle charger and was instructed to connect it to a connecting plug and wire which was protruding through front grill which been connected to battery cables. Realizing how this remedy de-valued the vehicle, plus the inconvenience client contacted Mr. Abeel who was able to get client full refund and vehicle was returned to seller.
