A month after I purchased a new 2014 SUV I noticed a water leak around the rear passenger dome light Took it in for service and was told they could not find the leak. Months later there was another leak around my drivers window. Took the vehicle back in 4 more times for servicing and was still never fixed. That's when I spoke with Tim and he told me he could get me a cash settlement for this problem and that's exactly what he did. Everything was done by phone and fax. It was very easy on my part. Every time I called with a question Tim would take the time to speak to me personally. Every email I sent was responded to immediately by Tim. I really liked Tim and was comfortable speaking with him. This guy really knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle that cannot be resolved with the manufacturer.

Leased a 2014 car from a well-known manufacturer. Had problems ever since the beginning. Had an issue within the first month of owning. After the first issue, the car was in an accident. The car was broadsided. All within the 1st month. Then I had the same issue 5 more times within a year and a half. It turned out to be an evap leak that the dealer never could fully repair. The car was driveable but was becoming a nuisance. Finally I contacted Tim and the process begin. Within 5 months he ended up settling my case out of court. I received a cash settlement consisting of every payment I ever made on the car, plus any money put down at the time of the lease. Also the manufacturer agreed to buy the car back/payoff the remainder of my lease loan. Remember this was also after the car was in an accident! In the end, I got 5800 dollars and the car was taken back and paid off! I cannot thank Tim and the rest of his staff enough. He was very professional and very attentive. My phone calls and emails were always responded to very quickly sometimes instantly. The thing that amazed me the most was, I live in New Jersey and Tim is in Pennsylvania, end everything was settled through phone calls faxes and emails. We never met face to face. Crazy, technology! Tim and Rich both also gave me some advice I asked for and answered any questions I had, even some kind of off the matter. It was like talking to friends, seriously. I am a very negative person and Tim always reassured me that everything would be ok. Well, he was right. He knows what he is doing. Trust him! Don't bother looking for another attorney, this is the guy! Thank you so much again, Tim Abeel and associates!!!

No!!... Tim, doesn’t take “NO” for an answer. No matter what time I called/emailed Tim responded. Tim is very professional, and keeps you in the loop the entire way. His legal counsel is the best hands down. He was able to resolve the 2014 SUV case before we stepped into the courtroom. If you need legal help, call TIM ASAP

Just want to say that Tim and his staff are top rate. The handled my case in a swift manner. They were always accessible and always returned my phone calls or emails promptly. We had been having oil problems with our new 2014 SUV. The check oil light kept coming on, way before it was time to change the oil. We serviced our vehicle with the dealer and adhered to all scheduled maintenance per the manufacturer. We brought it in for this problem 4 times. Then we started having problems with stalling. Tim came to the rescue. Within 4 months of hiring Tim, he and his team had a check in our hands from the manufacturer... buying back our SUV. THANKS GUYS!!

I purchased a SUV in 2013 and it was a 2014 popular SUV American SUV that everyone drives... But from day one that I brought the SUV I had a problem with radio then 2 months in under 2k the SUV ABS Module went bad then after 20 days at the shop. Next day the air bag warning came up then i had it towed to dealer again... I had so much problems with this SUV even recalls that I started researching about the Lemon Law and what's my rights. Then I found Timothy Abeel on the Internet. I decided to call him and asked questions and tell him about my problems with my SUV. Timothy Abeel told me to send over my repair rinvoices and he will review them for "FREE". After I sent my repair invoices Timothy Abeel called me back and explained that he can help me with my matter and he will fight for me. After speaking with Timothy Abeel I felt very comfortable with his acknowledge and expertise.
Now about one year, Timothy Abeel got me out of that SUV.

Could not have made a better choice in helping me with the vehicle I got stuck with. Receiving reassurance, time after time, Tim had put our minds at ease. I got stuck with a Brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and no where to turn to. I started looking for info on Lemon Law and some how bumped into Tim Abeel, on the internet and who is from the otherside of Pa. I live in Pgh.I gave him a call, and from what I heard and the tone I was listening too, I decided to take a chance on Tim. Thank God I did. I'm not a lucky person, but Tim has proven that to be wrong, because with his experiance, he managed to settle out of court and getting me back everything I've invested in this vehicle, and probably even saved me and my wife's lives. That's how bad this vehicle was. Need I say more? I'm Gratefull.

Purchased a new car one year ago. Ran beautifully until I received a CEL. Took it to the dealer five times and they were not able to fix the problem despite replacing parts. Contacted Mr. Abeel and within a few weeks the manufacturer is replacing the vehicle with a new one. I don't have enough kind words to say expressing Mr. Abeel's thoroughness in resolving the problem in a expeditious manner. Kudos to Mr. Abeel and his staff.
