The office of Audrey Allen really came through for my family and I. I had a very rough time through the years finding a lawyer that would really fight for my case. In 2011, the Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) established PhilaKIDS, a Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) with St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. LCD knew that many families we served had immigration law issues, but we were unable to meet those needs. LCD’s clients are low-income, living with physical disabilities or caring for children with special health care needs, and often struggling to meet basic needs.
