Description: What can be negotiated relating to Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges? These are often called "additional rent" in a commercial lease and can substantially add to the monthly overhead of a retail business. We have an exhibit which we add to ever lease we negotiate which has 28 items to exclude from CAM charges.
