Forced Geico to pay me for uninsured motorist claim

Jon Marx helped get me the maximum payout under a Geico uninsured motorist claim. The other guy was 100 percent at fault for rear end collision on highway. At first Geico offered me a small settlement. Once Jon and Ted got the case, Geico paid me the max policy limits. Great team of injury lawyers.

Highly Reccommend!!

KaplanMarx is as good as it gets. Ted Kaplan is a great attorney and I highly recommend him!! He was very diligent in sticking with my case, even though the likelyhood of it being successful wasn't in my favor. Throughout the process he kept me informed and let me know whenever there was any movement... that I needed to be made aware of. Needless to say, his diligence paid off!!! He was successful in getting a favorable resolution to my case, and I will be compensated accordingly!! Highly Recommended

I was very pleased with the experience I had being represented by Ted Kaplun and his team. I was charged with DWI and careless driving in Camden, New Jersey. My alcohol level reading was a .2 and I was facing a 2nd tier penalty which would have resulted in higher fines. Ted have been very informative... and provided the best suggestion on how to proceed with my case. He have also been very patient in handling the case as well. We've been in and out the courtroom throughout the month which was quite annoying. But in the end, Ted was able to talk to the prosecutor and the arresting officer in lowering the charges. As a result, the careless driving charge was dismissed and I was charged with a 1st tier penalty. So instead of a 7 month driving suspension, I am only faced with a 3 month suspension. I highly recommend Ted Kaplun to anyone looking for a great attorney. Thank you Ted.

Definitely recommend him for anyone

Ted was very patient and understanding from the very first day and helped my wife's matter with her employer. He kept us informed with the developments throughout the way with his emails and phone calls. We were apprehensive about lawyers before this but he gave us the confidence that he was on our s...ide and would help us and defend our right. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks.

Finally a Lawyer that tells it like it is

Ted Kaplun helped me through a very difficult case, he did not sugarcoat my situation, but helped lessen the burden and kept it 100% real with me. I felt that Ted really fought hard and cared throughout. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
