Experienced, Professional and Dedicated Immigration Lawyer

I was referred to John by another attorney in the area. My Immigration condition was worst when I first entered to his office and I never thought it will ever be fixed and now I am a Permanent Resident. My case was one of the complicated case with no hopes to get better anytime soon, there was an imm...inent danger of getting deported. John and his team did a fantastic job for year and half and made my dream come true. Every phase of my case was handled in very careful manner as the process was quite daunting. John responds to emails promptly which was very helpful when I had numerous questions due the complexity of my case. Immigration Lawyer

I recently got married and was applying for adjustment of status based on marriage. As you can imagine this is a big steps and lots of questions came up. John always made the time to have conversations and answer all of them, he even provided his cell phone for after hour calls. The staff at the firm... was always very responsive and did a great job posting me on updates. Would highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

I had a really complicated legal matter and decided to get a consultation from John. We had submitted our paperwork but I was initially declined again. But that didn't John stop from looking for other options and fighting for me. Finally, after going back and forth we were invited to another intervi...ew and my green card was granted. Every time i thought that things will go bad, John came trough and help me achieve legal residence. He was always reachable with phone and e-mail and took out time to meet and review documents. Overall nice guy and I highly recommend

John Vandenberg is one of the finest lawyers in not only the Tri-State area, but also nationally.
