Background.   Mrs Schulz is client-oriented, results-driven, Ivy League attorney with over 25 years of experience at prominent Wall Street and Philadelphia law firms.  I do not particiate in Avvo's programs where a lawyer can pay Avvo for a better profile, higher ratings, or clients.

Practice Areas

--  Real Estate   -  predominantly commercial and some residential:  including agreements of sale, leases, title issues, mortgages, and conveyancing

--  Contracts and Business  - business and finance agreements on a variety of subjects, and  informing LLCs and their Operating Agreements in compliance with the new Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.

-- Overall Goals:  Mrs Schulz works to stay on top of the latest laws affecting her practic, such as (to name a few) The Land Installment Act, the Uniform Limited Liability Company Act, the new expedited and new paperless ways to create LLCs, the Seller's Disclosure Act, the new Uniform Parcel Idenfifier Act, and the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act  Most imprortantly, Mrs Schulz makes sure her clients understand the documents they sign, avoiding "legalize" and unnecessary complications.

Creativity and Clarity  Mrs Schulz strives to believe in clarity -  in the way I write, the way I design a transaction and the way I keep my client informed.  I draft the necessary documents, negotiate them on behalf of my client, and conclude the matter in a time-sensitive manner.

Clients are Paramount.  The needs of each client are paramount.  I listen to my clients.  I care about them and in achieving the results they want. For instance, when you call me, I will answer, not my assistant.  If I am not available at the moment you call, I will return your call within hours whenever possible, not days or weeks later.  You can always reach me by text message and email which I answer frequently during the day.

Fees.  I am sensitive to the financial pressures we all seem to be under these days. Though I always require an up-front payment, I am flexible as to whether the fee will be a one-time flat fee, an hourly fee, or other arrangement suitable to the client.

Free Initial Consultation   I do not charge for an initial consultation, which may last up to 20 minutes or more, depending on the client’s needs.

Litigation  I do not practice in the area of litigation.

Worth Every Penny !
Nellie helped me with a building I wanted to rent and reviewed the landlord’s lease. She not only advised me on the law, but what made her exceptional was the practical and useful business advice about things I would never even have thought about. Her fee was very reasonable too.

Best of the Best!
I have dealt with many lawyers during the years I've owned my business, but none have impressed me the way Nellie Schulz has. First of all, she is brilliant - truly brilliant and she has an Ivy League education. Second, she cares deeply about her clients and attaining their goals. She's a consummate negotiator and has a calm, self-assured manner in the face of opposition. Third, she is responsive and kept me informed on all important matters. Fourth,it's obvious she loves what she does. She is upbeat and a pleasure to work with. Fifth, her work product blew me away and covered issues I never thought of. She also is very creative in finding ways to reach my goals. I highly recommend Nellie Schulz for your business and real estate matters.

Thank you.
If it weren't for Nellie's responses and her willingness to speak to me on the phone to talk further about my issue, I might have assumed something based on old rules. Thanks Nellie. I appreciate your help.

Brilliant and Trustworthy - Great Negotiator
Nellie is a brilliant attorney. She helped me on the sale of my franchised business, which was complicated, kept everything organized and was on top of every issue. She got me a better deal than I could have gotten myslef. I'll definitely use her again.

Outstanding Lawyer
Mrs. Schulz has represented me in a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement as well as an equipment lease transaction. Both transactions turned out better than I thought they would. She fought hard for me but was fair. She was easy to talk to, understood my goals, and was prompt. She always called me back quickly, which is important. She's very experienced and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good business lawyer.
