About me

From her education to the courtroom, Amber Racine knows hard work, skill and determination. She uses them every day when successfully representing catastrophically injured plaintiffs in product liability, premises liability and general negligence actions. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from Drexel University in 2004, Ms. Racine was a distinguished A.J. Drexel Scholar. After graduation, while working full time as a paralegal at a litigation firm, Ms. Racine enrolled in Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law attending classes in the evening. In 2008, she received her law degree and was awarded Distinguished Classroom Performance and Outstanding Oral Advocacy Awards.

In 2011, The Legal Intelligencer named Amber, a “Lawyer on the Fast Track,” an honor reserved for outstanding young attorneys on the road to becoming future leaders. In 2012, 2013 and 2014, she was named a “Super Lawyer—Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine, a selective distinction given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys 40 years old or younger in Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ms. Racine co-authored two legal resource books: The Library of Pennsylvania Personal Injury Forms (Volumes I and II) and Pennsylvania Causes of Action (Volume I). The Bar Association also recently asked Ms. Racine to write an article about the 60th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education.

Ms. Racine is currently President of the Barristers’ Association and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2009. She is a past recipient of the association’s President’s Award (2010). She’s also a member of The Legal Intelligencer’s Young Lawyer Editorial Board and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates.
