    If it is an apartment that normally means lease. If you own in fee simple then yes you would convey by a deed. However it is your daughter who may want to run a title search to make sure there are no problems on title

    It has always been the law but just recently a decision came out by the PA Supreme Court keeping the rules current. You and your son should ask to speak to a lawyer on this site to help you. A lawyer cannot ask you, you have to request a consultation. Good luck.
