Case Closed! Green Card is here!

My family had numerous consultations with different immigration lawyers across Philadelphia, however none have completely answered my questions and broken down the process into the actual steps of what to expect throughout this journey during the consultation. My neighbor offered me to give a call to... Ricky Palladino and see what his vision of our situation was. We had nothing to lose, so why not give another lawyer a try? And I’m so glad that we did. During our consultation, we were informed of the two possible ways we can go about our case with all of the pros and cons of each option. Ricky took the time to explain what would be necessary from us. As our case was progressing, we were aware of what to expect and that everything was well prepared and double checked with us before submitting. We had a couple of appointments with Ricky where we were guided as to what else might improve our odds and have a successful outcome. Ricky not only prepared us for the interview but also was there by our side during it. Throughout the case, my family did not need to worry about documents being missing or being shipped late, Ricky and his team were always on top of their things, and always a couple of steps ahead of the game. We are absolutely happy and sincerely grateful for Ricky’s hard work that paid off, as we have been approved last week, and now are given our legal status just as planned. This has been a journey for our family, however Ricky made it exceptionally smooth and we are glad we have been referred to him. My family is super excited and are happy and proud to prove all of nonbelievers and naysayers throughout our journey that we have made one of the most important decisions in our lives when we had our consultation with Ricky! Forever grateful!

Highly Recommended !

Mr Palladino's diligent work resulted in a positive result for my nephew facing a potential deporting. He was in touch through out the time we were awaiting the next steps, very prompt in responding and professional. Highly recommended.

My wife and I fell in love with Ricky the very day we went in for our marriage based green card consultation. He was very humble, welcoming and also simply explained the process contrary to how complicated the other lawyer we consulted made it seem. We then hired him on the spot. Ricky gave us guidel...ines, assisted us and kept us informed at all times.My EAD was approved and sent pretty quick. On the day of our interview, Ricky was there on time. My Green Card was approved ! I can't wait to take a trip somewhere with my wife. I would definitely recommend Ricky for he is highly dedicated to serving his clients , uphold the law and he's got great work ethics. Thank you Ricky.

Excellent Service

Ricky, was incredibly helpful. I went to him after my marriage based application was denied for no clear reason. I would have been in a tough situation had it not been for this man. He first of calmed us both down, and then went to work with filing the paper work. He was very clear and methodical in... letting us know the documents he needed to prove the case. On the day of the interview interestingly, he was at the location before us..we were infact about 1.5h ahead of schedule. He was with us during the process. Whenever there was a reason for him to take the question, he took it was ease, we were asked just a couple of questions pertaining to our names and phone numbers. I guess he had done the paper work so well that, the interviewer did not ask us too may questions either. Before we could even process our thoughts, the interview was over and the interviewing lady said that I would receive my PR card with in 90 days. The whole process took no more than 10-15min. I am positive that had it not been for Ricky I would had a difficult time.

Excellent attorney exceptional representation

I would recommend Mr Palladino very highly. He is highly professional, knowledgable,responsive,compassionate and very personable. He truly cares about his clients, and helped us get through a very difficult time with my deportation proceedings while I was detained by immigration. I will be... retaining his services in the future and for my citizenship case. He's winning approach resulted in winning a strong and successful case. Unlike other immigration lawyers I met before, Mr Palladino has been realistic, honest, and -most importantly to me- knowledgeable and intelligent. Thanks to his understanding of immigration law he had a strong strategy on how to present my case. Rather than being worried and distracted by 'what could go wrong', he concentrated on highlighting the strengths. He has done an impressive job in preparing my case and always replied practically in real time to email and phone calls, including nights and weekends. I would highly recommend Mr Palladino to anyone. It's never easy going through an immigration situation being separated from your loved ones but having someone like Mr Palladino on your side will assure you a good outcome.
