Deportation Case

We hired Palladino for a deportation case and were very happy with the result. Initially we worked with another lawyer (for 15 months) without ANY progress after spending SEVERAL thousand dollars. We consulted Palladino and then hired him. He is very KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST and PROFESSIO...NAL. He will tell you EXACTLY what your possible case outcomes are and what is the most likely outcome from his experience. He is very friendly, diligent, and confident in what he is doing. He PROMPTLY responds to all your questions by email and or phone whichever you prefer. He got our case done in LESS THAN 12 months! I RECOMMEND Palladino for any immigration case: deportation, visa, citizenship. In fact, we were so pleased with him that we hired him AGAIN to help with citizenship.

where do I begin?

It's been 15 years or more waiting to adjust my status. At one time I gave up and thought I'll never become a permanent residence and then.. I met Ricky Palladino. I hate using the word "PERFECT" but this lawyer was just that, his mannerism and professional work ethics was a breath of fresh air. ... From the beginning to the end, he kept me updated in every step of the way and Now I"m the happiest woman in the world. Everything worked out beautiful in my immigration process/Journey. I do not care what state you live in, But I highly suggest you make pilgrimage to this lawyer. HE WILL GET IT DONE AND DONE RIGHt!

Green Card Application

Mr. Palladino has helped me with my visas and immigration case over the past 5+ years. I started with a private consultation and then introduced him to the company I am currently working for. Ricky is an awesome immigration lawyer!

Ricky and his team are very caring, understanding, always available to answer questions and patient. I was desperately in need of a great immigration lawyer, when a friend referred me to Rickys' office in 2012. He toke a case that i thought was hopeless and found a solution. Since than, I've used his... office for all of my immigration proceedings. From filing for my DACA status, to filing for my green card, Ricky and his team were there. Ricky even joined me for the green card interview, which made me feel very secure. Thank you team Ricky!!!!!! You truly are the best!!!!!

Immigration with criminal record?

When we entered Ricky's office I was passed myself with worry that my son would be made to leave the country when his Green Card would run out (in about six weeks from that day). He has been arrested five times so I didn't even want to contemplate filling out the application. Ricky went over every...thing, told us upfront what he could do and how he would do everything. All of sudden I started to feel hopeful. I felt we had come to the right guy, he was knowledgeable, and calming. He covered every angle so we would have no shock or surprises. He told us the fee and what it covered, It was the first time I sat in front of a Lawyer and felt he was telling me the truth about everything. First of all he applied for a Green Card renewal and the also for the Citizenship just to make sure my son was never out of status. The renewal came though within weeks so that was good. The citizenship test came up and it was nerve wracking. You can't lie to those people so you have to go through each and every charge and the outcome. Ricky laid out everything for them, they did try to deny but the rebuttal from Ricky was outstanding, he knows his stuff. We waited months, they requested paperwork we had no way of supplying. Ricky did tell us of our options and what it would cost ( which was a lot) but he advised against spending the money to wait it out, we did and thankfully we did because a few weeks later my son got his letter to go for his Citizenship Ceremony. What we had thought impossible had become possible thanks to Ricky Palladino. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. When you leave his office you feel like you have a friend.
