Best Immigration Lawyer

In 2015 , I contacted Ricky, because I was inadmissible and was given 90 days to give reasons why I should not be deported, He then took up my case and advise that we file a i601 waiver and in 7 months down the road, I got my two years green card in the mail. He worked with me through my removal of ...condition process and he was very confident of what he was doing and he prepare us well for the interview. After the interview on November 20, no decision was given in the room but he said to me that everything went well and was ok and was confident that we wold have gotten an approval notice in the mail. On November 22, just two days later, my case stand change to My Card was mailed to me with TRACKING number... I contacted him and he told me congratulations and your 10 yrs green card is coming to my office and I will called you once I get it in the mail. On November 27, he called me and told me to come and pick up my green card. I am now a bonafide Permanent resident. All kudosss to Ricky.... I will always recommend you sir.

Excellent Philadelphia-based Immigration attorney

I needed a second opinion on my complex immigration case. Very quickly it became clear that Mr Palladino was in a different league. Smart, knowledgeable and personable, he was able to assimilate the complexity of my situation and lay out my options while clearly articulating the various pros and cons.... Having hired and interacted with other immigration attorneys I can say they are, unfortunately, a very mixed bag. If you are based in the Greater Philadelphia area and need immigration advice or representation, look no further than Mr Palladino.

100% Recommend - Knowledgeable and Responsive

My wife and I hired Ricky in the beginning of 2019 for a Marriage-based adjustment of status. Ricky was extremely helpful from the first consultation phone call all the way to the green card interview. He always answered all questions very clearly and in a timely manner. Ricky also stays continuously... up to date with changes in immigration policies and he was able to give detailed information about my case during a time of significant changes in regulations. In addition to knowing the laws and regulations, he also knows how different immigration officers handle interviews and provides helpful tips to prepare for the interview.
