Excellent attorney exceptional representation

I would recommend Mr Palladino very highly. He is highly professional, knowledgable,responsive,compassionate and very personable. He truly cares about his clients, and helped us get through a very difficult time with my deportation proceedings while I was detained by immigration. I will be... retaining his services in the future and for my citizenship case. He's winning approach resulted in winning a strong and successful case. Unlike other immigration lawyers I met before, Mr Palladino has been realistic, honest, and -most importantly to me- knowledgeable and intelligent. Thanks to his understanding of immigration law he had a strong strategy on how to present my case. Rather than being worried and distracted by 'what could go wrong', he concentrated on highlighting the strengths. He has done an impressive job in preparing my case and always replied practically in real time to email and phone calls, including nights and weekends. I would highly recommend Mr Palladino to anyone. It's never easy going through an immigration situation being separated from your loved ones but having someone like Mr Palladino on your side will assure you a good outcome.

Excellent Lawyer

Applying for US citizenship can be a stressful process where a substantial part of your future can be compromised if it's not taken care of properly and if you're not represented the right way. Ricky Palladino was excellent throughout the whole procedure. He was very informative, very clear and went ...out of his way to extensively explain to us step by step what was ahead of us and what we were up against. More importantly he provided us with a calm feeling and the confidence that everything was going to be okay. Ricky Palladino is an excellent lawyer and I would highly recommend him for those applying for a Green Card and US Citizenship.

Not just a great lawyer, but someone I'd consider a friend, listens to people very well

Why Ricky Palladino is one of the best immigration lawyers in the nation

I had an immigration issue late in the game (oath ceremony) and was in desperate need of the right legal advice. I sought the advice of four different lawyers. All of their answers were different and none of them made sense to me. None of them even cared to interpret the actual law. I was at a loss a...nd there was no way I was going to put my money, my life, and the future of my family in the hands of these people. I then turned to Avvo and found Ricky, and I am delighted to confirm that all the raving reviews he gets here turn out to be accurate. Ricky is an extremely intelligent, hard-working, knowledgeable, personable, and responsible lawyer. He is also incredibly quick in getting back to you (usually the same day). Ricky knows the law inside and out and he always carefully refers to it. He genuinely cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to help them. USCIS gets back to him right away which means they respect him. With Ricky on your side you won't have to worry about your case getting put on the back burner. With Ricky's help I was able to reschedule my oath ceremony and obtain the privilege of becoming an American citizen. Without his help this may never have happened. Green card success!

When I first met with Ricky I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. My fiance and I had been living apart for over 2 years and were long past ready to start our lives together. We had consulted with other attorney's looking for advice but hadn't found anyone who we felt was knowledgeable about immigrat...ion law and same sex couples. Ricky was not only knowledgeable but also compassionate, caring and genuinely interested in finding a way to help us. Throughout our entire process, Ricky kept us informed of the next steps, the information we would need to gather and the time frames we should expect. He met with us prior to our immigration interview to help prepare us for what to expect and provided a calm, positive energy the day of our interview. My wife now has her green card in hand.
