Immigration with criminal record?

When we entered Ricky's office I was passed myself with worry that my son would be made to leave the country when his Green Card would run out (in about six weeks from that day). He has been arrested five times so I didn't even want to contemplate filling out the application. Ricky went over every...thing, told us upfront what he could do and how he would do everything. All of sudden I started to feel hopeful. I felt we had come to the right guy, he was knowledgeable, and calming. He covered every angle so we would have no shock or surprises. He told us the fee and what it covered, It was the first time I sat in front of a Lawyer and felt he was telling me the truth about everything. First of all he applied for a Green Card renewal and the also for the Citizenship just to make sure my son was never out of status. The renewal came though within weeks so that was good. The citizenship test came up and it was nerve wracking. You can't lie to those people so you have to go through each and every charge and the outcome. Ricky laid out everything for them, they did try to deny but the rebuttal from Ricky was outstanding, he knows his stuff. We waited months, they requested paperwork we had no way of supplying. Ricky did tell us of our options and what it would cost ( which was a lot) but he advised against spending the money to wait it out, we did and thankfully we did because a few weeks later my son got his letter to go for his Citizenship Ceremony. What we had thought impossible had become possible thanks to Ricky Palladino. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. When you leave his office you feel like you have a friend.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!

As I have spent the last 10 years trying for my green card with 2 diferent lawyers ,Mister Palladino helped me resolve my case,with all the extra work that he did,never asking for any more payment ,always answering my emails with any questions that I had,i highly recommend his services and he has my ...info if anybody wants any more info on him. Ricky is the best!!!!

I could not have found a better Immigration Lawyer than Ricky Palladino. After being picked up by an ICE Agent, I was sent 3 hours away from my family, to a detention facility. While detained, Ricky and his office were always in constant contact with my wife and sisters; keeping them abreast of any c...hanges. If it wasn't for Ricky, I could have been sitting in there, hours away from my family, for months. He acted quickly and was able to argue my citizenship and have me released after only days. The citizenship process can be very expensive. I know that I wouldn't have been able to get through it without a lawyer. Ricky was always very fair with respect to his payments, as long as I honored our arrangement. Ricky worked extremely hard on my case, and a year later I'm happy to say, I'm officially a citizen and my family and I owe it all to him! I would just like to formally say, Thank you, Ricky, for lifting this huge weight off my family and I. If anyone out there is having immigration problems, Ricky is the best!!!

EXCEPTIONAL,AMAZING,CONFIDENT,KNOWLEDGEABLE,PROFESSIONAL&HONEST. HE IS THE MAN YOU NEED, SIMPLE!!!!!

I will keep this very simple. If you need any kind of Immigration assistance, please look no further. No matter how you think your situation looks, please give this man a call .I assure you, your life will not be the same again. He is extremely knowledgeable. Very confident, conscientious and 100% ho...nest. What he tells you from the beginning remains the same. No hidden fees. I will forever hold this man in high regard because he made a seemingly messy case look like nothing and truly less nerve wrecking.Our petition was filed in October and as i type, the process is completed and green card delivered. Trust me , we went to see several lawyers before him but the minute we left his office , we knew He was the one. Why Ricky Palladino is one of the best immigration lawyers in the nation

I had an immigration issue late in the game (oath ceremony) and was in desperate need of the right legal advice. I sought the advice of four different lawyers.
