Why Ricky Palladino is one of the best immigration lawyers in the nation

I had an immigration issue late in the game (oath ceremony) and was in desperate need of the right legal advice. I sought the advice of four different lawyers. All of their answers were different and none of them made sense to me. None of them even cared to interpret the actual law. I was at a loss a...nd there was no way I was going to put my money, my life, and the future of my family in the hands of these people. I then turned to Avvo and found Ricky, and I am delighted to confirm that all the raving reviews he gets here turn out to be accurate. Ricky is an extremely intelligent, hard-working, knowledgeable, personable, and responsible lawyer. He is also incredibly quick in getting back to you (usually the same day). Ricky knows the law inside and out and he always carefully refers to it. He genuinely cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to help them. USCIS gets back to him right away which means they respect him. With Ricky on your side you won't have to worry about your case getting put on the back burner. With Ricky's help I was able to reschedule my oath ceremony and obtain the privilege of becoming an American citizen. Without his help this may never have happened. Rick evaluation

I had a complicated Green Card application. Rick was superb in guiding me through the various stages which led to an approved Green Card in less than 4 months after I first retained his services. Throughout he was attentive, prompt, articulate and personable. His background experience as a former im...migration officer was especially valuable. Finally I thought the fees charged, given the effort applied and the succesful result, were very reasonable.

Best Lawyer in Philadelphia.

I have been fighting with immigration to get my papers for almost a year..i was so tired of it i decided to see a lawyer, I went to a couple of lawyers but I didn't feel comfortable. till I found Ricky, He was really honest about the case and how to approach it, he was really helpful and after a few ...months I have all my papers in order!..I will recommend him 100%! even if your case is hard or easy he will be 100% honest with you. thank you so much!! me and my husband are so happy with the fast results.

Green card success!

When I first met with Ricky I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. My fiance and I had been living apart for over 2 years and were long past ready to start our lives together. We had consulted with other attorney's looking for advice but hadn't found anyone who we felt was knowledgeable about immigrat...ion law and same sex couples. Ricky was not only knowledgeable but also compassionate, caring and genuinely interested in finding a way to help us. Throughout our entire process, Ricky kept us informed of the next steps, the information we would need to gather and the time frames we should expect. He met with us prior to our immigration interview to help prepare us for what to expect and provided a calm, positive energy the day of our interview. My wife now has her green card in hand. Ricky helped to make the process quick and as stress free as possible for us. We would recommend him to anyone in need of an immigration attorney.

Best immigration attorney in Pennsylvania!

After 7 years, several denials of our I-485 based on my husband's so-called inadmissibility, many interviews and 3 other attorneys, my husband and I were so fortunate that the attorney that was handling our case at the time was unable to attend our interview and asked Ricky to cover it for him. Aft...er our pre-interview meeting with Ricky, we knew that we had finally found the lawyer that would get the job done. We immediately fired our prior attorney and here we are, just 3 short months later with my husband's green card!!! We had wasted so much time, tons of money and many tears through this process. There are a lot of attorney thieves out there who take your money and really have no idea what they're doing, but Ricky is an expert in his field and knew exactly what needed to be done. He wasted no time and jumped right into our case. There were two possible ways of handling my husband's so-called inadmissibility and instead of him wasting the time and expense of doing one and potentially getting denied again, he just did both at once. That way, if the waiver was denied for the first reason, there was the other argument for the immigration officer to immediately consider. He took no chances. He knew that this was our life he was dealing with and really felt so bad that we had been strung along by bad attorney after bad attorney. He takes the time to review recent case law to keep himself up to date on the current rulings in immigration cases to know exactly how to handle each of his clients' specific situations. He also has a good rapport with many of the immigration officers in the Philadelphia office. They seem to respect him and take him seriously, which makes the whole interview process so much easier. He keeps his clients informed and is easily accesible to them. There was never a phone call or email that was not returned. Ricky is down to earth , easy to talk to and an all-around great guy. He truly is the BEST in his field and my husband and I are delighted that we were fortunate enough to have had him work on our case and obtain my husband's green card for us. If you have what you think is a difficult case, there truly is no better immigration attorney in Pennsylvania to handle your case for you.
