Ricky Palladino

Ricky was referred to me by a business associate. I had tried to apply for citizenship on my own but this proved difficult. Once I hired Ricky things moved along very quickly. He and his staff were very responsive and knowledgeable. From front to back, the entire process lasted less than 6 months. I ...was sworn in and became an American Citizen on 5/3/18 thanks in part to Ricky and his team.

Ricky put up everything from the beginning up to end. Documents to look for, how to prepare them. Constant feed back from him through his legal team. Advise us on everything and so on.

The best and most trustworthy attorney!!

Ricky is the best attorney to trust for your immigration case. I and my wife hired Ricky and his SIP law firm for my marriage based adjusting status case. I am very confident of him since the first time we met in Sep 2016. He explained very carefully about what to expect on my case. He pointed out th...e point the immigration officer will ask. Ricky, Nancy and his firm help me file all the paperwork with USCIS. Everything goes very smooth and super faster than we expect. He also prepared us well before the interview. We also thank Greg Matthew for staying with us over three and half hours on the interview day. Everything is perfect and my case was approved. We are so grateful to Ricky and his firm. A great committed lawyer for immigration

I was in search of a result oriented lawyer for my immigration and after a lot of research through online I found Ricky palladino. The first time communication I had with him through email gives me the confidence that he is the lawyer that going to deliver. He was so crystal clear on the outcome and ...the commitment he shown through out the process with out losing the momentum was exceptional in all aspects. We are allowed to ask him any doubt and he was always there to answer you at the earliest for all your queries. Ricky and his committed office staff always keeps you updated. READ THIS !!!! What you need to know before hiring an immigration attorney

Rick Palladino is a consummate professional, who truly cares about those that he represents. In 2016, finding an immigration attorney that not only provides results, but also addresses the anxiety and vulnerability that people experience with the USCIS. Ricky and his staff project confidence during... every step of the process, from an initial consultation to facing a USCIS Case Officer. The feeling one gets when calling USCIS and interacting with an automated system, or only getting partial answers to your questions will never occur once you are a client of Mr. Palladino. We felt that Ricky represented us as if we were his own family, and the same can be said of his staff. Whether it be a phone call, email, or simply stopping by the office, Rachel and the others that work with Ricky are always knowledgeable of you and your specific case, and someone can always be reached. When the day came to interview with the USCIS Case Officer, which could ultimately have resulted in the removal of my wife from the United States, I looked around the waiting area inside the USCIS building and saw over 100 people waiting to meet with a Case Officer, and while I saw family members and friends, I did not see a lawyer for anyone. Wait, I did see one attorney, it was Ricky Palladino, and he was their to represent us for our interview with the USCIS. Other families had hired attorneys for their specific cases, however they were simply called and told about the date and time to appear at USCIS, and given advice over the phone of what to expect and how to present themselves during questioning. I found the same information searching Google the night prior. Ricky was there in person to take control of the situation, and ensure the USCIS case officer was given the necessary paperwork and explanations to our specific situation, which prevented the case officer from being able to continue questioning, and a decision in our favor was immediately made. We had previously filed the same evidence and paperwork to USCIS 6 months prior in which they denied our action, and threatened removal from the United States. You have a choice to hire a lawyer or go through the USCIS and ICE process on your own. In either case, you will be paying the USCIS for every action and request that you submit. If you want an attorney that has not been desensitized to the stress people feel when facing immigration issues, then I recommend scheduling an appointment with Ricky Palladino. He brings the energy and confidence needed to alleviate you of dealing with undue stress, and that made the difference in how we dealt with our case. Knowing that someone with subject matter expertise and genuinely cared about the outcome of our case made all the difference. Couldn't think more highly of Ricky Palladino and his team!!!
