An extremely competent, enthusiastic, detailed oriented, diligent, passionate, and knowledgeable immigration lawyer.

Mr Ricky Palladino is simply the best in class! Ricky is the lawyer you want working on your complicated immigration case. I hired Ricky 3 months ago for a case that had been pending for over two years. Not only did he recommend an approach that worked, he was diligent, detailed oriented, and consist...ently updated me on the progress. Ricky is very reachable, and unlike my previous lawyer who took days to get back to me, Ricky was very quick to respond to me whenever I had a question. Furthermore, he always kept me informed about the progress of my case. F-1 to B-2 Expert Immigration Assistance

In summer of 2013 I was in dire need of changing my F-1 status to B-2. Initially, I was greatly concerned with the possibility of such change, because as of my understanding, B-2 visas are generally given to the people who are located outside the country, but Mr. Palladino convinced me that he was po...sitive of his ability to make a strong case for my case due to his expertise in the field. As the result, I have entrusted my condition to Mr. Palladino agency. Shortly after, I was provided with the short list of required paperwork such travel itinerary, letters from people I would stop by, and airplane ticket confirmation. Once the required documents were to send to Mr. Palladino, few days from that point, the petition was received by USCIS - I know that for a fact since I have received a copy of notice from USCIS. Normally, the process of changing status to the tourist visa takes 2 months, in my case it was 1 month and 11 days – I believe this happened because Mr. Palladino was able to make a strong case that did not raise any additional questions from the USCIS side. Might I need any immigration assistance in the future, I certainly will be enlisting in services of Mr. Palladino.

VERY GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE & TRUSTWORTHY LAWYER

Ricky is best lawyer in his profession. He is very knowledgeable and very accurate about the immigration procedures. I hired his services only once, and thereafter whenever i needed his advice he promptly answered my emails without any fee. He even called to clear my doubts. When i was in difficult s...ituation during my immigration procedure, he advised me how results will appear as per timeline and i was surprised when everything worked out the exact way as he told me. He is the first and last choice for me and my family. I would love to recommend him to anyone without second thought.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Ever since the first meeting I had with Attorney Palladino I noticed he was very knowledgeable regarding immigration matters. He was extremely helpful, not only in the first meeting but throughout the entire process. He explained everything with detail, informed me of all the filing forms and waiting... periods during the process. He also reminded me of every appointment I had to attend; he made my immigration process very manageable. Due to his knowledge my immigration process was much easier and shorter than anticipated. I would definitely recommend Attorney Palladino to any person needing immigration assistance.
