Very Professional and Knowledgeable

Ricky helped me through the process of obtaining permanent residency via marriage. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the process. He gave us clear (and accurate) explanations of what we can expect at every stage and always humored my questions regardless of how ...nitpicky they were.

Our HERO!

We thought our case was a losing cause; it was complicated and several other lawyers we'd consulted over the years all told us the case was likely to be lost. But we simply could not give up on pursuing our case; if we did nothing, our marriage would likely have been split up with one of us stayi...ng in the States and the other going back to his home country. As we consulted with Ricky, he gave us a very straight forward, no nonsense answer: he couldn't promise us anything except that he'd research every option he and his staff could in order to give us the best chance of a positive outcome. After he researched our case, he found that we had a path to winning, a path that several other attorney's had told us was not possible. This wasn't a guarantee, but after 20 years we finally had hope that we would win. Ricky and his staff were with us every step of the way. If we had a weird question at 9 PM on a Wednesday, either he or his paralegal would get us an answer either that night or the next morning. When it came time for our interview, he helped us understand what to expect and was with us through the entire interview. We won. Those two words are too simple to convey the enormity of what they mean to us. We never dared to hope that those words would apply to us and our case. But Ricky and his staff, through their hard work, their dedication to our case, and their ingenuity, delivered thise two words to us. We won. As a small aside: this may sound trivial, but one other reason we hired Ricky was to take care of all the "paperwork" the government requires. Immigration is a confusing process, and knowing which forms to file, and when, and what evidence you need to prepare to win your case, can be overwhelming. If we'd chosen to do it ourselves, we feared that even a small mistake on our part would doom our chances of winning. Relying on Ricky and his staff's expertise meant we didn't have to worry ourselves to death wondering if we'd filled out the correct form the correct way. He took care of this for us, and I know hiring him was the best decision we made regarding our case. He really is our hero.

Excellent!!!

Proved himself as a super professional. His work is distinguished by an excellent knowledge of immigration law and a rare ability to deeply understand the specific problems of each client. In our case, he managed, within the time optimally prescribed by law, to solve a problem that, for 18 years, oth...er immigration lawyers could not cope with (for various reasons). It is our deep conviction, despite the comparative youth, Mr. Palladino is already one of the best immigration lawyers in Philadelphia with excellent prospects for the future.

Extremely knowledgable/Habla Español
