F-1 to B-2 Expert Immigration Assistance

In summer of 2013 I was in dire need of changing my F-1 status to B-2. Initially, I was greatly concerned with the possibility of such change, because as of my understanding, B-2 visas are generally given to the people who are located outside the country, but Mr. Palladino convinced me that he was po...sitive of his ability to make a strong case for my case due to his expertise in the field. As the result, I have entrusted my condition to Mr. Palladino agency. Shortly after, I was provided with the short list of required paperwork such travel itinerary, letters from people I would stop by, and airplane ticket confirmation. Once the required documents were to send to Mr. Palladino, few days from that point, the petition was received by USCIS - I know that for a fact since I have received a copy of notice from USCIS. Normally, the process of changing status to the tourist visa takes 2 months, in my case it was 1 month and 11 days – I believe this happened because Mr. Palladino was able to make a strong case that did not raise any additional questions from the USCIS side. Might I need any immigration assistance in the future, I certainly will be enlisting in services of Mr. Palladino.

Excellent

If you are looking for top immigration lawyer give Ricky Palladino a try. This is the first attorney that I have seen to be one hundred percent honest. He is unquestionably and expert in this field. He was able to keep my parents in the country even though according to another attorneys they had no... chance to stay. I would definitely recommend Ricky to anyone that needs legal advice or help.

Ricky is very conscientious, patient, truly cares about the client's needs!!!

I met Ricky when my father was issued a deportation order because he missed a court date. Ricky was recommended to me by another lawyer who said that he could not take our case because it was “too late”. Before making the decision to fly to Philadelphia from California, I contacted several lawyers in... my area who told me that the case was basically a lost cause. By chance, I saw a newspaper with an article mentioning how he helped a woman with similar case. I did not hesitate to reach out to him. Good lawyers know the law, GREAT lawyers know the judge! Ricky Palladino is a fantastic attorney, extremely knowledgeable, justifiably confident, compassionate, and committed to my father as his client. His knowledge of immigration law and the courts in Philadelphia is second-to-none, he is very attentive and caring (not what we have come to expect from most lawyers who take their retainer and then never have time for you or rush off.). He is very conscientious, patient, truly cares about the client's needs. He definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was very patient explaining the law and process, and made sure that all of my questions were answered, and I never had a moment of doubt about his ethics or integrity. He understood my personal circumstances and talked me through the best way to proceed, as well other potential strategies. Ricky handled our case and there are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe the expertise he brings to the table. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer to handle your case then look no further than Ricky Palladino. You probably won't find anyone else that does the job as well as he does! Knight of Law

For many years Immigration has been a major issue in the United States. Thousands of students have hoped for a change because they study and live here, but have trouble attending college. I am one of those students who wants to attend college and make my dreams come true. Although college is a big s...tep, college is expensive. But thanks to Mr. Palladino, he helped me with my immigration case and I obtained permission for work. Now I can study and afford to pay college. I recently got accepted to 3 colleges, and I am waiting for more acceptance letters. Thank You Mr. Palladino
