He is so great !

This was the first time for me to hire a lawyer and I researched for right one and I am confident that I had a right and smart lawyer for the job have to be done in the way it should. Thank you Ricky !

Immigration with criminal record?

When we entered Ricky's office I was passed myself with worry that my son would be made to leave the country when his Green Card would run out (in about six weeks from that day). He has been arrested five times so I didn't even want to contemplate filling out the application. Ricky went over every...thing, told us upfront what he could do and how he would do everything. All of sudden I started to feel hopeful. I felt we had come to the right guy, he was knowledgeable, and calming. He covered every angle so we would have no shock or surprises. He told us the fee and what it covered, It was the first time I sat in front of a Lawyer and felt he was telling me the truth about everything. First of all he applied for a Green Card renewal and the also for the Citizenship just to make sure my son was never out of status. The renewal came though within weeks so that was good. The citizenship test came up and it was nerve wracking. You can't lie to those people so you have to go through each and every charge and the outcome. Ricky laid out everything for them, they did try to deny but the rebuttal from Ricky was outstanding, he knows his stuff. We waited months, they requested paperwork we had no way of supplying. Ricky did tell us of our options and what it would cost ( which was a lot) but he advised against spending the money to wait it out, we did and thankfully we did because a few weeks later my son got his letter to go for his Citizenship Ceremony. What we had thought impossible had become possible thanks to Ricky Palladino. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. When you leave his office you feel like you have a friend.

Highly Recommend Palladino

Ricky was fantastic to work with throughout this entire process. Before my husband and I began filing for a green card he explained what would be required, the timeline and the financial aspect. He laid everything out in a very clear manner & made both of us feel very comfortable asking questions a...nd voicing our concerns. In addition to the level of comfort we had with Ricky, he also accommodated meeting around my work schedule, he had translators on staff to help translate foreign documents, handled all of the application paperwork, and prepared us well for the interview. I would highly recommend Ricky for any immigration needs. There seemed to be a lot of forms, required documentation and specific timing of when to file things that Ricky managed for us. He really made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process & relieved the stress of not fully understanding the process/system.

Green Card Application

Ricky worked on a green card application through marriage. He explained thoroughly all of the steps involved, required documentation, fees and expected processing times and responses from USCIS. I felt confident that everything was done right and submitted at the right time and felt more in control o...f the entire process. He is very personable and I found it easy to work with him or contact about any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Ricky as an immigration lawyer.

Excellent attorney exceptional representation

I would recommend Mr Palladino very highly. He is highly professional, knowledgable,responsive,compassionate and very personable. He truly cares about his clients, and helped us get through a very difficult time with my deportation proceedings while I was detained by immigration. I will be... retaining his services in the future and for my citizenship case. He's winning approach resulted in winning a strong and successful case. Unlike other immigration lawyers I met before, Mr Palladino has been realistic, honest, and -most importantly to me- knowledgeable and intelligent. Thanks to his understanding of immigration law he had a strong strategy on how to present my case. Rather than being worried and distracted by 'what could go wrong', he concentrated on highlighting the strengths. He has done an impressive job in preparing my case and always replied practically in real time to email and phone calls, including nights and weekends.
