Ricky is an awesome immigration lawyer!

Ricky and his team are very caring, understanding, always available to answer questions and patient. I was desperately in need of a great immigration lawyer, when a friend referred me to Rickys' office in 2012. He toke a case that i thought was hopeless and found a solution. Since than, I've used his... office for all of my immigration proceedings. From filing for my DACA status, to filing for my green card, Ricky and his team were there. Ricky even joined me for the green card interview, which made me feel very secure. Thank you team Ricky!!!!!! You truly are the best!!!!!

Would recommend him to all my friends

As soon as I met Ricky, I knew he was trustworthy lawyer and had the absolute best interest of me! He is very professional and his office is very timely on taking care of business. He does not mislead you on something impossible, and yet is very experienced and confident on many different immigratio...ns scenarios. He is very quick about getting back to emails and returning phone calls. I absolutely got lucky to be referred to him and its only been super positive experience working with him. Since I have spoken to him, I found peace in my mind about my immigration issues and knew I was in good hands! Thank you Ricky for being so honest, knowledgable and professional and helping me out to make the whole process go so smoothly!

cancelation of removal

After firing a messy , disorderly lawyer, I hired Ricky palladino to help me with my cancellation of removal.the day of the hearing, he was there at 7 am still workingon the case.our hearing was the only one scheduled that day brtween 9am to 12pm.Oj my God 3 hours was I thinking.IAfter Ricky asked m...e the questions, the DA said he had no questions.The judge approved thr case.Altogether 11mns.Team Palladino treats you like family. Immigration with criminal record?

When we entered Ricky's office I was passed myself with worry that my son would be made to leave the country when his Green Card would run out (in about six weeks from that day). He has been arrested five times so I didn't even want to contemplate filling out the application. Ricky went over every...thing, told us upfront what he could do and how he would do everything. All of sudden I started to feel hopeful. I felt we had come to the right guy, he was knowledgeable, and calming. He covered every angle so we would have no shock or surprises. He told us the fee and what it covered, It was the first time I sat in front of a Lawyer and felt he was telling me the truth about everything. First of all he applied for a Green Card renewal and the also for the Citizenship just to make sure my son was never out of status. The renewal came though within weeks so that was good. The citizenship test came up and it was nerve wracking. You can't lie to those people so you have to go through each and every charge and the outcome. Ricky laid out everything for them, they did try to deny but the rebuttal from Ricky was outstanding, he knows his stuff. We waited months, they requested paperwork we had no way of supplying. Ricky did tell us of our options and what it would cost ( which was a lot) but he advised against spending the money to wait it out, we did and thankfully we did because a few weeks later my son got his letter to go for his Citizenship Ceremony. What we had thought impossible had become possible thanks to Ricky Palladino. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. When you leave his office you feel like you have a friend.

An honest, trustworthy and no nonsense immigration attorney.

I know Ricky for over 7 years now, he has been an excellent lawyer for my family when it comes to immigration matters. Ricky helped us with changes of status, H1B visas, F1 visa and removal defense. He is an honest, trustworthy and no nonsense attorney. Some of Ricky's qualities that stand out are h...is easy access and his willingness to provide advise when needed. In the past, I have recommended Ricky to family and friends for their immigration matters.
