Immigration lawyer

I first met Ricky in early 2015, when I approached him to help me with my immigration case. He was very professional & clearly layed out what I could expect & how he could help me. Throughout the over 2 year process, he kept me updated on my case, & most importantly helped me manage my expectatio...ns , which is crucial when dealing with government agencies I've learned. When there were delays or whenever the case faced an obstacle he gave clear advice & was undeterred. Finally after over 2 years (during which my legal fees remained the same as first quoted) my case was finally resolved & I couldn't be more grateful. I couldnt possibly stress enough how much I would recommend Ricky & his law firm (Solow, Isbell & Palladino) to anyone who is in need of affordable, trustworthy legal representation. Thanks a million times over Ricky.

Excellent

Ricky is very professional, excellent and so cool person/lawyer. He definitely knows his jobe very well and his all suggestions/directions during immigration case are perfectly true. In addition, he made me feel so relax and cool before i had my GC interview.

Reunited Family after 2.5 year Immigration Case!

After working with a lawyer unsuccessfully my family thought that we had no other option within immigration law. Ricky Palladino was very honest and willing to represent my husband on his case, while remaining transparent. Ricky understands the need for client confidentiality and has a "no judgemen...t" approach. He is highly educated and connected in Immigration Law, Family Immigration Law, and his experience of being an advocate and counselor is beneficial. He went over and beyond with our case when my husband was detained in 2013 and removed to Tanzania. While he was in Tanzania Mr. Palladino continued to fight for my case with ICE, DHS, and the Immigration Court. He gained the approval to have my husband paroled back into the country in 2016. My husband was granted his green card in 2016 and has been able to find employment. Without Mr. Palladino's representation I know that my family would still be separated and that we would have no justice within the immigration court system. I have spoken to and vetted several immigration lawyers and he is the only one that showed empathy to my families situation and acted as if it was his own. If Mr. Palladino represents your family , or your immigration case, I can assure you that he will go over and beyond your own expectations.

The best attorney for the most difficult immigration case

I am very pleased to write this review regarding my successful experience having Mr. Ricky Palladino as my attorney for an immigration case I had. Me and my family had just relocated to Philadelphia, and I was in need of an attorney for removal proceedings against me by the USCIS. After an extensive ...online research and reading reviews about several lawyers, I decided to reach out to Ricky with my case. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. From the very first time we met in his office, and after hearing my side of the case, Ricky was always forthright about the difficulty of the case. He was extremely patient and professional describing to me and my husband what needed to be done to try to transfer the case to Philadelphia, what the subsequent steps would be, and what the government lawyers or prosecutors would likely be doing preparing for the case. In the course of our discussions, Ricky was realistic and never gave any false hope. He made it clear that the chances of winning the removal proceedings based on charges of marriage fraud, with the government having such strong lines of evidence against me, were pretty slim. Yet, he was confident and willing to go the distance. He laid out his defense strategy, and discussed with us what we needed to do. He treated us with a lot of respect and was never condescending. That attitude made us very comfortable to share our thoughts and feel that he was always looking out for us. Because of the way he handled the case and treated us, we felt that he was doing all he could, and that made us prepared to accept any outcome of the case. One of Ricky's impressive attributes is that he is more concerned about helping his clients than how much money he can make out of a case. I feel that Ricky deserves every dollar he got out of my case, not because we won, but because of how much work and effort he put into the case. I feel very fortunate that I found Ricky, and I'm thankful to the people that wrote those raving reviews about Ricky before mine. My advice to anyone considering to hire or consult with Ricky is that you need to be honest, lay everything out, and be prepared to hear the truth and the reality, because those are the things you get when you talk to him. I would highly recommend Ricky Palladino to anyone that is looking for an immigration attorney in this region. I believe he is in the top 1% of immigration lawyers in the Philadelphia area. I make this recommendation not because he won our case, but mostly because of his professionalism, patience, his understanding of the situation, and above all the respect for his clients.

Professional, Positive, Confident

From the initial consultation until the final decision of our case Ricky was there for us, always available by phone, text message, e-mail you name it. Even if Ricky was in court his paralegals were always there to relay our message and made sure that we hear back from him as soon as Ricky gets out ...of courtroom. At the initial consultation what really sparked us was Ricky's confidence in winning, his ability to earn your trust, not just by words, but by actions. Ricky was able to calm us down, and guide us through every step of this process. Ricky successfully won my husband's deportation hearing. Fast, Efficient, Confident, Friendly. Every meeting in the office felt as a meeting with a good friend or a family member. Ricky always took his time with us, never rushed us out of the office ( as many lawyers do), he made sure we are on the same page and feel absolutely comfortable and that we understand what's ahead of us. Day of the hearing was the most scariest day for us, since it was the first day of the rest of our lives, if we win we get to stay with our families, if we loose we get to go back to the country where our parents brought us from for a better life. And again, Ricky's confidence, and way to comfort people helped us overcome our anxiety. We are highly recommending Ricky Palladino to everyone that needs help with immigration. Attorney Palladino is excellent communicator, negotiator, he is a true expert in this field. We were blessed to be referred to him and hope others will trust him as much as we did.
