Ricky is the best immigration attorney

Ricky Palladino is a very knowledgeable immigration attorney that is focused on his client's needs. He was the only one who explained me the options I have and made me believe that my case was very strong. Some other attorneys I had consultations with told me I didn't have enough evidence to win the ...case. I hired Ricky to apply for VAWA case and got it approved recently without receiving any request for further evidence from immigration. He always answered any questions I had very quick in the same day. I would recommend Ricky Palladino to everyone who is looking for immigration attorney no matter how difficult your situation is.

He's the most knowledgeable immigration lawyer

This was the second year my company sponsored my H1b visa, and after getting my petition denied the first time (with another lawyer) I was looking for a knowledgeable attorney. Mr Palladino provided me and my company with the extent information, all possible outcomes, options and solutions. He was ve...ry straight forward, no sugar coating, no hidden fees. I highly recommend this lawyer. My visa petition was approved.

Ricky is a great lawyer

I was introduced to Ricky A. Palladino by a friend of my. After we exchange a few phone calls and some letters back and for. I have made a decision to chose him to handle my sister case, my sister traveled from VN to USA and her VISA was expired and she got arrested by NYPD. He had handle our case ve...ry well, he always right on the target 100% and he is a great adviser.... Whole process went well after 9 months working with him now my sister legally stay in US. We are so happy with our lawyer Ricky, if you or someone out there need a lawyer I would recommend to you Mr. Rick A. Palladino.

Immigration with criminal record?

When we entered Ricky's office I was passed myself with worry that my son would be made to leave the country when his Green Card would run out (in about six weeks from that day). He has been arrested five times so I didn't even want to contemplate filling out the application. Ricky went over every...thing, told us upfront what he could do and how he would do everything. All of sudden I started to feel hopeful. I felt we had come to the right guy, he was knowledgeable, and calming. He covered every angle so we would have no shock or surprises. He told us the fee and what it covered, It was the first time I sat in front of a Lawyer and felt he was telling me the truth about everything. First of all he applied for a Green Card renewal and the also for the Citizenship just to make sure my son was never out of status. The renewal came though within weeks so that was good. The citizenship test came up and it was nerve wracking. You can't lie to those people so you have to go through each and every charge and the outcome. Ricky laid out everything for them, they did try to deny but the rebuttal from Ricky was outstanding, he knows his stuff. We waited months, they requested paperwork we had no way of supplying. Ricky did tell us of our options and what it would cost ( which was a lot) but he advised against spending the money to wait it out, we did and thankfully we did because a few weeks later my son got his letter to go for his Citizenship Ceremony. What we had thought impossible had become possible thanks to Ricky Palladino. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. When you leave his office you feel like you have a friend.

Highly recommended

I want to say that my case was a very particular case. After consulting multiple lawyers in the past, Ricky was the one that would speak very clear to me, explain my options and most definitely try to find the best solutions. What helped me decide to go with him was his confidence. You can tell he kn...ows what he's talking about as well as he is very on top on what has to be done. I had over stayed my student visa due to a misunderstanding with my international adviser at my college which i do not wish to mention. After becoming out of status, i was pulled over and after court, immigration was contacted. This raised a red flag on my status and immigration came for me at my apartment. I am originally from Venezuela and i was able to obtain "Withholding of Removal" due to the current situation in my country and it would have probably been denied if not for all the work and research that Ricky and his team did.
