Citizenship Approved !!!

Ricky is vey knowledgeable and diligent. He helped me to get citizenship approved on a very difficult case. I spoke with three other lawyers and 2 of them suggested me not to spend money and wait for citizenship and then ricky was the third person advise me to apply and got me approved. !!

READ THIS !!!! What you need to know before hiring an immigration attorney

Rick Palladino is a consummate professional, who truly cares about those that he represents. In 2016, finding an immigration attorney that not only provides results, but also addresses the anxiety and vulnerability that people experience with the USCIS. Ricky and his staff project confidence during... every step of the process, from an initial consultation to facing a USCIS Case Officer. The feeling one gets when calling USCIS and interacting with an automated system, or only getting partial answers to your questions will never occur once you are a client of Mr. Palladino. We felt that Ricky represented us as if we were his own family, and the same can be said of his staff. Whether it be a phone call, email, or simply stopping by the office, Rachel and the others that work with Ricky are always knowledgeable of you and your specific case, and someone can always be reached. When the day came to interview with the USCIS Case Officer, which could ultimately have resulted in the removal of my wife from the United States, I looked around the waiting area inside the USCIS building and saw over 100 people waiting to meet with a Case Officer, and while I saw family members and friends, I did not see a lawyer for anyone. Wait, I did see one attorney, it was Ricky Palladino, and he was their to represent us for our interview with the USCIS. Other families had hired attorneys for their specific cases, however they were simply called and told about the date and time to appear at USCIS, and given advice over the phone of what to expect and how to present themselves during questioning. I found the same information searching Google the night prior. Ricky was there in person to take control of the situation, and ensure the USCIS case officer was given the necessary paperwork and explanations to our specific situation, which prevented the case officer from being able to continue questioning, and a decision in our favor was immediately made. We had previously filed the same evidence and paperwork to USCIS 6 months prior in which they denied our action, and threatened removal from the United States. You have a choice to hire a lawyer or go through the USCIS and ICE process on your own. In either case, you will be paying the USCIS for every action and request that you submit. If you want an attorney that has not been desensitized to the stress people feel when facing immigration issues, then I recommend scheduling an appointment with Ricky Palladino. He brings the energy and confidence needed to alleviate you of dealing with undue stress, and that made the difference in how we dealt with our case. Knowing that someone with subject matter expertise and genuinely cared about the outcome of our case made all the difference. Couldn't think more highly of Ricky Palladino and his team!!!

Marriage status adjustment

Ricky and his staff were extremely helpful through my application process. Not only do they know what exactly is required for thr cases, they are extremely diligent to learn about the intricacies of your specific case. It was a very affable and personal experience and would recommend his servic...es to everyone without a second of thought. Also being in the city makes it easier to interact and make appointments with the office as the need arises. I can't help but rave about the clear communication and the excellent professional services throughout the process.

Deportation Case

We hired Palladino for a deportation case and were very happy with the result. Initially we worked with another lawyer (for 15 months) without ANY progress after spending SEVERAL thousand dollars. We consulted Palladino and then hired him. He is very KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST and PROFESSIO...NAL. He will tell you EXACTLY what your possible case outcomes are and what is the most likely outcome from his experience. He is very friendly, diligent, and confident in what he is doing. Green Card Application
