Michael Kotik was recommended to us and came highly recommend so we consulted with him and after some thought decided to hire him. There are not enough words in the English language to describe the amazing results Michael was able to get for me. To give an idea of what I was facing, last year I had... 9 charges in 4 counties (Phila, Montgomery, Bucks, Delco). I also had about 7 or 8 warrants out for my arrest. All of these charges were retail thefts which were a result of a major addiction problem. I got clean, with the help of family hired Mr Kotik of SKA Law, consulted with him as to the best course of action to get the ball rolling and answering to theses charges. He got everything organized and recommend I turn myself in Montgomery county jail because that's how it all had to start. Long story short I bailed out after 4 1/2 months. In that time he was able to get 3 of my charges dismissed (1 in Delco and 2 in Phila). After I bailed out he was able to get my cases consolidated in the other counties ( 2 in Bucks, 4 in Montgomery). All of the charges by the way were felony charges and carried state time with them and I had previous same charges in my past. Michael was able to work out a plea deal for all the remaining charges of basically time served and probation. This guy saved my life. Literally. If I had a Public Defender I most certainly would have went upstate. I can not express my gratitude to him and his team ( Will Weiss). For their dedication and help every step of that way. They were always available to talk to and always told me the truth. Life takes on new meaning for me now and it's because of them and of my family as well. I am proud to say I am still clean and a contributing citizen. These guys are worth it!!!
