I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Linda is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was very persistent about checking the footprint of the property duri...ng inspection and thank goodness as the deed of record was incorrect and needed to be amended. She kept everything else in check and is very responsive whatever the time of day. It is obvious that Linda enjoys her work, but more importantly it is clear that she takes great pride in doing things to the very best of her ability. She demonstrates great integrity and is very much in control of any situation. Her principle focus is family law and frankly if you are getting divorced you should hire Linda as you do not want to find yourself on the other side of the table!
