I contacted the Eric Shore group ,they reviewed my situation and took my case. From that point on everything went very smoothly. They took my information and from there they helped guide me thru the process. If I had a question they were easy to get ahold of If I left a massage they always got ba...ck to me in a reasonable amount of time. If they had not heard from me for a while , they would call and check up on my situation. In they end they settled my case in a reasonable amount of time. Their fees were also very fair

This man and his team, are leaps and bounds, beyond the closest competition , it's not even fair to compare them to other offices, while my calls often went to several associates, the end result. Wad the same, the person who I needed to speak called me within 24-48 hours like I had been told. I waite...d 2 and a half years for my day in court, finally after much concern I spoke with a rep, I believe her name was Brenda, also I believe Jake, while jake wasn't able to help me directly he was honest and asked a senior rep for help, his name was David, anyways David provided me with a level of care that I fin missing in normal society, he said and I quote" if I don't know the answer I will find it for you" it made me feel at ease, they truly do care, give them a chance and I guarentee, you will love the outcome.

Good attorneys that were very helpful and insightful and ultimately won me my case, The only downfall about them is receiving your settlement check... It seems like they hold the checks and release them at there own convenience.. I've been waiting for mine since they received them from my former emp...loyer.. I was initially told there would ONLY be a 10 day hold but now I'm being told that it won't be mailed out until the end of month bringing my wait time to 20 plus days... What a disappointment... Overall tho good law firm just don't expect to get your money on time at all.. And whatever you do don't call and complain bc they will get nasty with you!! But hey overall they did a good job settling the case... I just wish they would try to get there clients the money they deserve in a timely manner and not put holds on checks coming from million dollar companies as if the checks gonna bounce.. Smh
