A litigator his entire career, Mr. Axe has tried dozens of jury cases and handled hundreds of arbitration proceedings focusing on a personal injury and nursing home negligence. A graduate of the Temple University School of Law, Mr. Axe served as a judicial clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and as an associate in a well-respected personal injury firm in Philadelphia before opening his practice in 1982.

Efficient Lawyer

"Above and Beyond"
My husband was in a car accident. Not knowing what we could do, we contacted Neal Axe. I was very glad we did. He got us a very generous settlement. More importantly, he went "above and beyond" our expectations. He helped us with all my husband's medical problems resulting from the accident. When we had problems with the insurance company, he handled them quickly and without hesitation. I would highly recommend, and have recommended, Neal Axe to anyone who asks.

My Automobile accident
When I had my auto accident I knew I was hurt but no broken bones . I was totally shooken up because I have experienced back pain once before therefore I chose to go to my Chiropractor and start trying to get myself back into shape. A friend told me about Neal and told me I should talk to him about my accident. It took me a couple of weeks doctoring and I finally called Neal and it was the best thing I ever did. I was very nervous but after a couple of minutes talking with him I felt like I had met a friend who had my best interests at heart and I felt confident that he would help me through this mess. He kept a close eye on me and recommended different things to do which eventually got me to a better place and almost to a full recovery. He kept me informed at all times what was happening on the legal part as I in exchange kept him posted on my medical. I am so thankful that I decided to become friends with Neal because i feel confident that he will always have him in my corner if need be.

NEAL HAS BEEN THE "GO TO" GUY FOR MY FAMILY FOR OVER A DECADE, STARTING WITH MY MOTHER ! SHE HAS REFERRED EVERYONE SHE KNOWS TO NEAL- HE RECENTLY HELPED ME WITH MY SLIP AND FALL CASE AND I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED HE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME TOLD ME WHAT WAS BEING DONE AT ALL TIMES NEVER DID I HAVE TO CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING!! I LOVE THAT HE GETS RIGHT TO THE POINT! My "go to" person for accidents
I've known Neal for over 30 years, as he was my attorney when Imhad my first automobile accident. Neal is my " go to" person for accidents-- he makes sure that I am taken care of medically while he works hard to resolve my case. A great choice!
Neal was very professional and highly experienced in my slip and fall case. He collected all of the extensive data in a timely fashion. He was organized and thorough with all of the details pertaining to the accident and spent many hours preparing me for my deposition. He was patient and wise. I left the office each time feeling like I was in good hands. When it came time for negotiation and settlement Neal explained all of the scenarios and helped guide me in my decision. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart. Overall Neal was the perfect attorney for me and, in addition, the office staff was a pleasure to talk to and work with over the year.
