Joe is very knowledgable

Joe was able to help me out on short notice with a business contract; he was very knowledgable and able to work with my needs. Will consult with him in the future on other projects, highly recommend his services.

Great experience

My company hired Joe to help work out and draft an operating agreement. He had excellent input and came back to us with two drafts the day after we'd met. He's likeable, professional, only good things to say about him.

The best business attorney

As a business owner, I do not have time to research and understand the legal realm. I need someone I trust that can help simplify the legal process. Joeseph is the only attorney I turn to for help with my business. He has helped us in the following areas: contract formation, equity negotiations, a...nd non-disclosure agreements.
