I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dave. From the jump, he makes you feel very comfortable and throughout the process he was extremely responsive, objective & transparent. Combine that with his thoughtful approach with both his clients and the way he handles a case, an...d it's easy to understand how he was able to help facilitate a smooth and successful outcome for us. Dave was able to take an affidavit of probable cause for a retail theft charge and work with the officer & DA to get it down to a summary offense based on the spotty evidence, lack of track record, total sales at that retail store outside of the targeted few cases in question as well as some other factors. Cannot thank him enough as if this wasn't achieved, would have had to plead not guilty and actually go to court for a crime that was never committed and an arrest that was never even actually made.
