I found Michael online. I had no idea what I was looking for. I was impressed with Michael's quick response to my inquiry (it was on a weekend). I also chose him because of his location which is close to my work. Michael never gave me fluff - he told me exactly how the system worked but at the same t...ime he confidently told me what and how he was going to solve my problem - which he did.
