'Top Notch' Negotiator - 'Pit Bull with Pearls On.'

Three years ago Carla represented me in what I will say was the most humbling time of my life. As a professional, I had to come to terms emotionally and legally with the recourse of a DUI incident that was complicated in nature. I am grateful beyond words to Carla, who proactively worked the proce...ss and negotiated my acceptance into the ARD program. There were a few loopholes in this case which would have prohibited my acceptance; however, Carla sought reconsideration via other criteria and won. She also negotiated withdrawal of related citations directly with the officer (the complicated part I mentioned) and expungement of the same. She walked me through the process and supported me along the way with what i needed to do to be accepted. As a former ADA, she 'knows' the process to represent the best defense and negotiate 1:1 with the DA. She is crisp, diligent, and professional. , Carla also has the people skills to keep her client calm. (i.e. me). As others noted, she keeps you apprised as things move and is reachable. I told my husband that she will be my divorce lawyer someday! :) And lastly, UBER is my 'friend!' #gratefulclient
