Carla is one tough cookie! She helped me make choices that were best for me with my divorce . She made sure I understood exactly what was fair for me and my case. And she will ask you several times after you make a decision if that is what you want and will go over what is the law and what is right! ...Thank you Carla!

Child custody

I hired Carly to represent me into different child custody cases, we were successful in each one because of her skills and knowledge. I would highly recommend her.

You Have Found The Best Right Here

I cannot begin to describe my ordeal of being a protective parent in a custody case. The action was in Chester County, and both my Child and I were listed as protected parties on a PFA. After dealing with several Chester County attorneys who seemed to just be going through the motions and not really ...putting up a fight, I found myself alone, without representation, with the scheduled 5 day custody trial beginning in 2 weeks. Carla saved us. She listened, and she learned the entire complex case in that short amount of time. She fought very hard for us. She stood up to the opposing attorney, and even the judge, never backing down. I told her this once, 'If justice was a person, it would be her', and I meant it. When you hire Carla, you will never be alone. She will back you up 100%. I only wish I had found her in the beginning of my case, I am convinced that our fight would not have dragged out for so long.

Aggressive Advocate

I had hired Carla to represent me in my divorce a few years ago. She is an experienced, aggressive advocate who knows the law. She works very hard for her clients and she has the respect of the attorneys who she faces in Court. Top notch.

'Top Notch' Negotiator - 'Pit Bull with Pearls On.'

Three years ago Carla represented me in what I will say was the most humbling time of my life. As a professional, I had to come to terms emotionally and legally with the recourse of a DUI incident that was complicated in nature. I am grateful beyond words to Carla, who proactively worked the proce...ss and negotiated my acceptance into the ARD program. There were a few loopholes in this case which would have prohibited my acceptance; however, Carla sought reconsideration via other criteria and won. She also negotiated withdrawal of related citations directly with the officer (the complicated part I mentioned) and expungement of the same. She walked me through the process and supported me along the way with what i needed to do to be accepted. As a former ADA, she 'knows' the process to represent the best defense and negotiate 1:1 with the DA. She is crisp, diligent, and professional. , Carla also has the people skills to keep her client calm. (i.e. me). As others noted, she keeps you apprised as things move and is reachable. I told my husband that she will be my divorce lawyer someday! :) And lastly, UBER is my 'friend!' #gratefulclient
