I went to sunoco. A plus on castor and Roosevelt blvd and the price display said one thing at the pump another and inside charged another
You should call the Pa state attorney general's office, office of public protection. They have oversight of consumer fraud in Pa. You can also consult a Pa attorney to bring a claim under the unfair trade practices and consumer fraud act for false advertising, you must have actual harm, ie. you had to pay the higher price than advertised. Keep your receipt and and take a picture of the advertised price.See question
He received my settlement money and took it all
I don't how this could be a class action case. No court would authorize a settlement where only attorney's fees were paid, and nothing for the class. That said, I agree with the other posts that if this involves an individual settlement, it's hard to believe a lawyer could appropriately take the entirety of a settlement as a fee. You should communicate with the lawyer in writing asking for a written explanation of the settlement distribution, providing a date certain for written response. If no response is given, call the bar association and the local district attorney.See question
I have hair loss due to using Depo Provera to control my menstration since age 16.
I have a post going back a few years ago on AVVO. I trust it will get you some answers to the issues involved in bringing a lawsuit against Pfizer.See question
I had a hernia repair the mesh got infected and a week later had to have second operation
Your question does not pose a class action; rather a "mass action" involving a product that affects multiple invdividuals differently. That said, I am not aware of such recall, but perhaps you should consult one of the many qualified attorneys doing work for clients in the filed. Here is one such firm with a helpful website of info I found with a Google search. https://hollislawfirm.com/case/hernia-mesh-lawsuit/
You can should conduct you own investigation before deciding what to do
I used depo provera for 8 years without being advised to get a bone density test Now I have osteopena and have had a few broken bones. I have also gotten severe headaches.
I've written several times on this site about this subject. If you search within AVVO, you will find additional information. Unfortunately, the issues with depo provera have not been amenable to class action treatment.See question
I called the settlement administrator and told me they sent my check to Department of industrial relations in state of California. I contact DIR and told told me they don't have any records that my money was sent to them and they don't have it. So...
I agree with the other attorneys, and would only add that if asking for a new check and contacting the plaintiff's counsel yields no result, perhaps a letter to the Judge in the underlying case would shake the tree. Such administrative issues should be handled responsibly by those charged with getting the settlement proceeds into your hands. You should not need another lawyer.See question

Katy, I'm sorry this happened to you. You should consult a local attorney whom you trust, or someone you trust recommends. You should not be thinking class action in the near term as its best to see if you can resolve your particular situation directly and quickly. Best to luck to youSee question

Tdi class action, the lawyers are saying be patient ,judge allows VW todo what they want,I am trapped because agreement u had to opt before program started. No protection for playoffs.whole process should take 4 months will most likely take 9 to 10...
Its a tough call. The relief provided by VW is substantial. Its hard to say you could have done as well separately. That said, the class mechanism affords little relief as the claims adjudication process unfolds. It typically takes months, even years to finally resolve. If you are experiencing issues with your vehicle, you might just try to deal with them in the interim through your dealer or VW directly. Otherwise, you should be sure to be the "squeaky wheel" with the claims administrator and counsel to get relief as soon as its available. If you really want out, you can petition the court for a late opt out which might be granted. Sorry I could not offer more.See question

Accepting what you say, you have a class action case for consumer fraud. Your state has some good consumer fraud law, and you should consult an experienced class action attorney to assist you. (Its amazing, though not surprising, what some big box retailers try to get away with).See question
