I needed to consult with an attorney that was experienced with wrongful termination cases. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Joyce, I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. She provided great insight and recommendations on how to move forward. I would definitely recommend her services.

Joyce is an amazing attorney. She helped me negotiate a severance agreement to include payment of commissions that I earned but were being excluded by the employer. She is knowledgeable, supportive and a straight shooter about options available. She was always accessible and willing to take time to discuss ongoing developments with my situation. I would not hesitate in recommending Joyce to anyone looking for sound legal advice.

Attorney Collier was a tremendous help to me when I was unjustly denied my salary. After leaving my last place of employment (a position I held for 19 years ) a portion of my wages were withheld from me. I tried unsuccessfully to rectify this situation on my own. Upon calling Ms. Collier and explaining the situation she immediately put me at ease. She explained clearly and accurately what needed to be done. Ms. Collier followed through, kept me well informed, and answered all my questions with a compassionate heart . I would recommend Attorney Collier to anyone needing someone they can count on and in their corner.

A few years ago, Joyce drove a few hours one way to join a weekend morning trial workshop I had organized at my law firm to prepare for an upcoming trial where my client was going to testify. That by itself says a lot about Joyce and her commitment to helping other lawyers obtain justice and in improving herself as a lawyer. Her participation in that workshop was with her whole self and was right on the money. Not long after that, Joyce co-organized a weekend continuing legal education retreat that included a great exercise in setting the scene during storytelling at trial. That also speaks of Joyce's devotion to improving the service that clients receive from their lawyers. Deeply thanking Joyce.
