I recently had the pleasure of working with Charles Sipio, Esq. and his fantastic paralegal Juliette. I will admit, I was not an easy client, but that didn’t stop their extremely professional and swift responses. I was constantly looped into exactly what was happening throughout the case, it’s progress, also just checking in to let me know they didn’t forget about me; the court process is sometimes a bit lengthy. Charles was upfront with me immediately about how he felt my case would go. I agreed to dealing with the long process, but luckily he was able to fast track my case.

Mr. Sipio's practice is focused primarily on employment law and federal litigation. He has litigated hundreds of employment and civil rights cases in federal and state courts against large and small employers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Sipio has considerable experience representing employees who have been subjected to unlawful discrimination in the workplace including unlawful sexual harassment by co-workers and supervisors. Additionally, he frequently represents employees who have been subjected to unlawful retaliation by an employer for engaging in protected activity. A significant portion of Mr. Sipio's practice also focuses on representing whistleblowers for claims brought under the federal False Claims Act ("FCA"), the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002, the Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law, the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act ("CEPA"), the New Jersey False Claims Act and other related laws.

Mr. Sipio has been selected for the Pennsylvania "Rising Stars" list issued by Super Lawyers / Thomson Reuters each year from 2014 through 2021. He is a proud graduate of Saint Joseph's University where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. He later earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Delaware.

Great Attorney, Great Communicator

I was nervous about the process of having a lawsuit. From the first phone call all of my concerns were eased. My Attorney Charles was extremely responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Professional and personable

I contacted and consulted with William Sipio about a potential case against my employer, and he was very confident that he could make something out of my claims. I hired him and proceeded with the lawsuit process. Every step along the way Mr. Sipio was very forthcoming, honest and always had my best interest in mind. He contacted me every time a crucial step was made in my case, and he was always available when I contacted him. His office staff are also very friendly and attentive, and we're always able to answer my questions. This was the first time I ever had to work with a lawyer in my life, but the process was smooth and not as time consuming as I thought it would be thanks to this firm. Would definitely recommend.

Contract Drafting and Negotiation

Mr. Sipio did an outstanding job drafting and negotiating a lease for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about contracts and how they play out in litigation, thus making him even more qualified to draft a beneficial one. He was timely, easy to talk to, comprehensive and very understanding. During the negotiation process of the lease his advice was prudent, well thought out and had good foresight. He was able to see the bigger picture and give better advice because of it. There were two other lawyers involved with the negotiation (for the other parties) and he had a discernible ability to read the situation, as well as the other attorneys to produce a most ideal outcome. I would highly recommend Mr. Sipio to anyone seeking an attorney. He is well versed in many areas of law and seems to be constantly striving to further improve his knowledge base and skills--a quality that I greatly admire in any professional. From our experience working together I can confidently say that I trust him and his advice implicitly. To that end, I would not hesitate to contact him in the future should I require any legal advice/services, no matter how large or small the issue.
