Ellis was professional from the first consultation all the way through to the actual "day in court". He put us at ease from the start , explained all the possible outcomes and thanks to him the outcome was the best on possible. If I ever find myself needing a lawyer again Ellis will be the man I call

I had gotten a DUI and, having never had any experience with the legal process, I was very nervous and afraid of what was going to happen. Having received notice of the violation while away on vacation, I came home to a huge pile of mail from attorneys from all over the state offering their services. Ellis was included in that pile but in addition to the letter he provided much more information than anyone else, including a pamphlet on DUI's. I immediately called him and he walked me through the process in a very calming and reassuring way. He listened to the whole story. After speaking with him I was confident that I had made the right decision in retaining him for my case.
I was initially turned down for the ARD program but Ellis spoke to the arresting officer and he was willing to speak to the District Attorney on my behalf in favor of my being allowed ARD. He also spoke to the District Attorney and convinced him to call the police officer about the case. As a result of his Ellis's efforts, I did get into ARD.
If you find yourself in a legal situation I strongly recommend Ellis. He knows Bucks County, the court system, the police departments and the judges in the area and is able to get the best possible outcome for everyone. He is super responsive and returns your calls, giving you as much time and information as you need be able to sleep at night. You can trust that your case is in the best hands with Ellis Klein.

I knew immediately Ellis was the lawyer i wanted to represent me. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. I hired Ellis after being arrested for DUI (2nd offense, 1st in PA) I was not ARD eligible, so i was facing series repercussions. Ellis provided me with realistic expectations and advised me he would do everything in his power to have me receive the best outcome. He delivered! From the first court date to the final, he kept me informed and was always available to discuss any concerns/questions i had. If you want a lawyer you can trust and need the very best outcome, contact Ellis. You will be glad you did. Thank you again Ellis.

I was charged with my second DUI and used Avvo to search for lawyers. I found Ellis and shot him an email, hoping we could speak. He was prompt and accommodating and scheduled a time to hear my story one weekend. I explained what had happened and he blatantly told me what consequences I was facing and what my best options were.
Hesitant to make a choice, I looked into another lawyer, and met with him. This other lawyer pretty much tried to scare me into hiring him. He proceeded to tell me I was facing definite jail time, along with horror stories of what jail is like to try to get some kind of horrified reaction out of me.
With such an important decision to make, I was torn. I read Ellis's reviews, and there's definitely a reason there are so many positive reviews! I'm sincerely glad I chose him. He always told me all of the scenarios but also maintained the mentality that he was going to get me the best possible outcome. And that he did! Instead of 90 days in jail and 18 months of license suspension, I received 10 days of house arrest and 12 months of license suspension.
Ellis truly knows what he's doing and knows how to treat his clients. I was very scared so I had a lot of dumb questions, and he very promptly answered them all. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help and guidance with a DUI situation.

My daughter received a speeding ticket in a neighboring county. Her first offense, but knew that points on her license at age 20 could mean substantial penalty fees on my car insurance. Not only dis Mr. Klein get the 4 points reduced to zero, I actually received a partial refund from the county on the cost of the ticket. Thank you, Mr. Klein.

Ellis is a life saver. I was charged with a crime I had committed 3 years prior in a PA. I had already paid my dues in my home state and had completed everything that was asked of me in the course of those 3 years. I had turned my life around like you wouldn't believe and was doing amazing until out of nowhere PA decided to wait until I was doing my best to charge me with this separate charge and I was once again facing jail time. After telling Ellis my story he went above and beyond to learn everything I had done to better myself and truly made the judge see that it wouldn't be right to put me behind bars again. I ended up with the best possible outcome all thanks to him. Ellis was extremely helpful and spoke for me as if he were defending a friend. He believed in me and my new positive lifestyle and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ellis!

I was in an automobile accident in Bucks County, ended up being arrested and charged with 3 misdemeanors offenses as a result. I contacted a friend of mine, a Philadelphia based attorney, and told him of the situation. He gave me the number of another attorney who was based in Bucks County, stating that I needed to hire counsel within that area and one who had an excellent reputation within the courts. That attorney was Ellis Klein. I contacted him and was not rushed off the phone. My questions and concerns were listened to and answered honestly and thoughtfully. I felt very comfortable after that initial conversation and made an appointment to meet with Mr. Klein in person the end of that week. After that meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Again, Ellis answered all of my questions, was able to give me some possible scenarios and overall put my mind at ease going forward. If I had to describe my opinion of Mr. Klein after that meeting, the words that come to mind are honest and professional. At my preliminary hearing he was able to get 2 of the 3 charges dropped and we agreed to go to Doylestown for the 3rd without specifically pleading guilty or not guilty. To say I was nervous at this time is an understatement. I am in the medical profession and thus potential licensing repercussions as well as my ability to keep my drivers license (I drive all day for work) and ultimately my job were on the line. Mr. Klein had a plan and explained it clearly and helped me carry it out. He also explained to me that the ideal outcome was a long shot but he would handle the case with the utmost attention. The day of my court date was fast approaching. The day prior Mr. Klein contacted me directly and told me he had spoken with the prosecutor and they were going to plead my case to disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor of the 3rd degree- essentially the lowest possible charge) with no traffic infractions. I was able to keep my drivers license and my job! I am wholly aware if not for Ellis Klein and his highly respected reputation within the courthouse the situation would have turned out entirely different. In short, Ellis Klein is an excellent attorney. He is honest, direct, available, and highly regarded. He does not make empty promises or give you a false sense of hope. I highly recommend Ellis Klein and am forever grateful I retained his counsel to guide me through an extremely difficult and stressful time in my life. Best wishes to all going forward.

Ellis was a fantastic lawyer who I used on two different occasions. One a speeding violation where I could have lost my license and then more importantly a theft charge that could have affected my entire future. I was in a weird position and could not apply for ARD, but Ellis took the time to find a program for me that was like ARD which expunged my record and allowed me to live my life again. He represented me in a very sofisticated way and I felt protected the whole way through. Ellis and his secretary were great through the whole process. If I ever had a question I received a call ASAP from Ellis personally. He was very reassuring and knowledgable. I would recommend Ellis Klein 100%!
