Hired Ms. McFadden on a recommendation of a close friend after I was rear-ended last year and she did a great job closing my case quickly and getting me my settlement! For all the headache of the accident (luckily no major injuries) she helped move the process along and was great answering all my man...y questions.

Despite being a customer (client) this lawyer did every thing to their own agenda, despite the consequence to me, the client. I was even threatened with court action. Ken Schuster and Asso. lost letters addressed to him, in His Envelope, lost/ disregarded e-mails and made this into a bad experience.... Not trustworthy, responsive, eluded me, and seemed knowledgeable when there was $ to be had. NOT recommended.
