Compassionate and caring!

Debra is a very compassionate and caring person, she helped me at a very difficult time with the loss of my boyfriend. She helped me to understand what is involved with settling his estate and is available to answer any of my questions. She was very caring when explaining the steps I needed to take..., she knew that this is a very difficult time for me. I am so happy that my boyfriend chose Debra as his attorney, because I don't know what I would have done without her gently guiding me. Debra is very competant and experienced attorney. I will recommend her with confidence to anyone seeking an attorney.

Debra is the bomb!

My case involved identity theft and annuity fraud; it was so "over the top" that I knew I would have a hard time finding an attorney who would believe my case and handle it. (An attorney from Boston indicated it would be "an uphill battle.") I knew there had to be an attorney, in this country, who ...had handled a case like this before plus one who had a backbone and there was - Debra. She took on my case (even though I lived in theTwin Cities) and was awesome! Between phone calls and e-mails, she captured the details of my case and prepared a "Statement of Claim" that was well written and concise. After it was submitted, she kept me updated, as needed. Also, if I had any questions, she was always available for phone calls or e-mails. For example, one night I was calling her office at 9:30 P.M. C.S.T. (10:30 P.M. E.S.T.); I was expecting to get her voicemail but she was still in the office, working on my case. WOW! As indicated previously, with Debra's backbone, legal expertise, and knowledge, she won my case and it was settled. In conclusion, words cannot convey my appreciation and gratitude for Debra's hard work, dedication, and commitment
