I live with my grandparents and my uncle had a girl staying there who died and we believe it was from overdose of drugs . I am on probation, will I get In trouble ?
Once again, Mr. Myshin has come forth with excellent counsel. I suspect that the mere presence of drugs in the residence may be a violation. Contact your attorney immediately.See question

You have posted this question some time ago and were offered advice. Now you have asked the same question again on 2 different posts. In one you say the charge is simple assault. In the other post, the charge is aggravated assault. There is a difference and it seems that perhaps you don't have your story straight. I suggest that you follow the advice of the attorneys that answered the previous post.See question
An adult with a juvenile record, is it illegal in any form to try to receive a conceal carry permit with a juvenile record. Juvenile record has felony gun charges.
In addition to agreeing with both of my colleagues, I have a question, "Why do you want or need a permit to carry a concealed firearm"? If you are prohibited from possessing a firearm due to your record, the issue is moot. If you lie on the application you will face a 3rd degree felony charge.See question
What are my options
My first guess is "No". What ever counseling or therapy you have used in the last clearly is not working. This lastest arrest may be a statutory first offense but your possible sentence may be well longer than the mandatory minimumSee question

I was driving in Maryland and was stopped by a State Trooper going 84 and a 45. I was wondering if these points will transfer to Pennsylvania.
It is possible since both states are members of the Interstate Compact. Given the speed charged may increase the risk also increases and may result in more dire results. I suggest that you retain a lawyer in MD if it isn't too late.See question

With all due respect to my colleagues who have offered excellent advice, I do not give legal advice to another lawyer's client while the lawyer/client relationship still exists. Good luck.See question
I was involved in a fender bender and both parties talked to the police afterwards. Later in the mail, received a ticket for Careless Driving. I pleaded not guilty and received a court date. Officer was not a witness to the accident.
Settling the case depends on the facts and the end result of the accident. The officer isn't required to witness the accidentSee question

I concur with my colleagues. For now there is nothing to do. You might consider proactively contacting an experienced attorney to discuss your options in more detail.See question
